"The hotel is one of the larger properties in Zakynthos, with well-maintained facilities and clean, comfortable rooms. During my stay over Easter, the city center was quite lively and noisy, but the front desk staff were very kind and proactively helped me move to a larger and quieter room, which made a big difference to my experience. The reception is staffed 24 hours, which adds a strong sense of security and convenience. They also assisted with arranging a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of €15, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a reliable and reassuring place to stay."

"Staff were excellent, friendly, polite, always willing to help and guide. Big shout out to Evelyn - fountain of knowledge! Breakfast plentiful , regularly topped up. Only downside was occasional ‘ greedy’ guest who thought it ok to load plates . Pool was superb, pool bar was never rammed so seating plentiful. Always choice of sun beds. Parking is opposite hotel - if coming from Skala it is on right hand side ( sharp turn down slope). Great value for money . We had sea view room which was spacious, always cleaned . Decent size balcony . Recommendation - all guests to be shown pool rules including no diving and don’t take drinks glasses to your sunbed"

"Lovely boutique hotel with the best pool area in the whole island. Had a fabulous stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as it was end of the season it was not too busy and got an upgrade to gorgeous sea view room 🤩 Staff was very friendly and helpful all the way through. Breakfast was small but nice, pool bar served good quality food for lunch and dinner 😋 Loved the friendly cat’s and dogs wondering around so great bonus for pet lovers. Will be returning when new season starts. 5*"

"Unfortunately there was not much to enjoy at this hotel. I can say that the pool was lovely and perfect for relaxing Our experience was that a very negative one. . It was disappointing to find no one to greet you. Upon entering reception I stood there for a good 5 minutes while the reception staff continued to have a conversation between themselves. One of them said in Greek look she's waiting for a room and the other one said let her wait a minute. Not realizing that I was Greek myself. They mistook me for a person who didn't know the language. Once she finally got to me she gave us a room which we didn't book. We were looking at trees instead of a pool view. We paid for breakfast for two only to be told only 1 could have breakfast. They wanted more money for it. It is the only 4 star hotel that has no room tab. They make you pay on the spot. Dinner was overpriced and we got hurried out. So we could not enjoy anything. As soon as I took my last note not even having finished my drink the waiter said sorry but you must pay and leave The management need to have the staff attend a training program on warmth and how to treat guests. When we were at the pool one of the staff was cursing a group of young girls who had just finished their lunch. Calling them useless b......s And **** tourists. Again this was disgusting to here. If we could have left on the first day we would have. No room service was available to us as our phone in the room did not work we were in 403. The room was very noisy eith the planes taking off and landing until 1 am. If your thinking of booking this hotel don't do yourselves a favour and look for something else."

However, there is one major point that really needs to be mentioned: the “All-Inclusive” formula is very unusual. The quality of the food was just okay, but the variety was quite limited, especially when it came to seafood. The quantities were also surprisingly limited for an all-inclusive hotel. The drinks were another major disappointment. The quality was extremely poor, and the selection was very limited. What surprised us most was that even water was not included, and certain basic drinks such as a Mojito had to be paid for separately. There is also a special drinks menu for All-Inclusive guests, while many other drinks are available only at an additional cost. Honestly, this makes us wonder: what exactly does “All-Inclusive” mean here? 😅 We have stayed at many all-inclusive hotels, but this concept was definitely one of the strangest we have experienced. If you advertise an All-Inclusive package, guests should reasonably expect a good variety of food and drinks, with the basics included. So, in summary: good hotel, but the All-Inclusive formula needs serious improvement — especially in terms of food variety, quantities, drink quality, and what is actually included in the package."
