During my stay over Easter, the city center was quite lively and noisy, but the front desk staff were very kind and proactively helped me move to a larger and quieter room, which made a big difference to my experience. The reception is staffed 24 hours, which adds a strong sense of security and convenience. They also assisted with arranging a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of €15, which was very helpful. During check-in, they offered complimentary local drinks, provided information on island routes, recommended tourist routes, and offered services like chartering boats and vehicles. They proactively helped with our luggage, as there were stairs on the way to our room, and even inquired about our check-out time to help us with our luggage ahead of time. There are spa, sauna, and concerts available, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. 🍽️Restaurant: Breakfast is different every day, offering a variety of options and specialties. I personally found it to be a fairly substantial and refined Western-style breakfast, definitely worth getting up early for! Lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant are on the pricier side, and the portions are small, just enough to fill you up, but the taste is quite good. It depends on your personal preference. The nearest restaurant is a 4-15 minute walk away, which is a convenient route to enjoy the sea view and buy souvenirs. 🧹Cleanliness: Cleaning is done daily, and I personally felt the cleanliness was quite good. Each room had four bath towels, two hand towels, two blankets, two bathrobes, and two pairs of disposable slippers. The bath towels are changed daily, and the pool is disinfected daily. 🛌Facilities: The rooms with private pools have very spacious and comfortable balconies and pool areas, with stunning views directly overlooking the sea. The color of the sea changes daily, which is quite magical. Best of all, the air conditioning is turned on before check-in. Who can understand the feeling of going into an air-conditioned room under the blazing sun? It's incredibly comfortable and a very thoughtful touch. The soundproofing is also good. The rooms are arranged at varying heights, so it doesn't obstruct the view. There are only two or three rooms side-by-side, and the pool is separated by partitions, ensuring undisturbed access. It's very comfortable, and you won't be bored even after spending a whole day in the hotel. It's perfect for relaxing."

"Exceptional Service and a Stress-Free Family Holiday! We had a truly wonderful stay and cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect vacation. Service that Saves the Day Upon check-in, there was a complication with our booking due to an agency error. Although I had booked for two adults and two kids, the hotel had only received a reservation for two adults and initially requested an extra payment. However, as soon as the hotel staff reviewed our voucher and saw the discrepancy was the agency’s fault, they handled it with incredible grace. They told us to go enjoy our room and start our holiday immediately while they settled the dispute with the agency themselves. It was such a relief not to have to worry about the logistics! The Facilities & Dining • The Room: Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. • Dining: The buffet restaurant was fantastic with a great variety of food. While the hotel offers three tempting a la carte options (Greek, Italian, and Japanese), the buffet was so convenient and high-quality that we stuck with it for our two small children. • Staff: Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, smiling, and remarkably kind to our kids. If you are headed to Corfu, this should be your number one destination. We will definitely be recommending this gem to all our friends and family. We can't wait to come back!"
