Rent a car to the airport to leave the morning, encountered the car key locked in the car, the security captain was not in danger, called the lock, and drove to the airport smoothly. Still more professional, handling the problem in a timely manner! Thank you

The hotel is in a convenient location with malls, bars, and restaurants around. Beds are really comfortable and the room was clean and a good size with a nice view of the mountains. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The facilities in the room are average. The room of 411 has no desks and chairs corresponding to the office. If you need it, you can avoid it. There is a Japanese sushi restaurant nearby. The towels are relatively large. I hope to have small towels, but there is no towel rack.

Very beautiful hotel that it is a colonial style and the I love there is a pool, gym and the breakfast is very delicious and staffs are very nice. There are a city mall near by and also some coffee shops and one bakery shop nearby the hotel. I walked around and felt very safe. The bed is very comfortable and the temperature in the hotel room is nice. The happy hr has no food available though. I was told there would be snack provided but i didn't see it. But still the hotel is very elegant and I love the ambience. It's still doing renovations but it's not noisy at all. I would come back to stay in Hilton the next time.
