Currently staying at the Taj Theog on an imagine tour. This hotel is absolutely stunning and the hotel staff are professional, so polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean and the views amazing. The food in all of the restaurants is excellent and the spa is highly recommended. Cannot thank the staff enough for such a wonderful stay.

The property is well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and service levels are of top grade. The food is excellent. The pool side view of the mountains is breathtaking. Overall it was a great experience.

Suddenly on short notice I planned my trip to Manali and while doing my bookings I got in touch with Mr. Vijay who is manager over there, he has done everything so smoothly that I was already very excited, he ensured me that he will take care of everything personally (I was in doubt but still trusted). When we reached there everything was so well organised that I was amazed - smiling faces, superb cleanliness, easy check in and perfectly settled room. Mr. Vijay was personally taking care of everything which was unbelievable. We stayed there for 4 days and his hospitality is 10/10. We highly recommend sterling to make your Manali trip memorable. there are various aspects to review in this hotel. firstly, upon entering the property no parking facility was present. travellers who usually move around Himachal Pradesh, travel by cars and not having a parking facility is a huge problem. check-in was very casual. no documents or identification proofs were asked upon checking up which can be a huge safety concern. while transporting our luggage from the reception to the rooms, the journey is via a huge long ramp, and the luggage wheels get damaged in the process. also the staff were banging the suitcases left right and centre and no care was given to the luggages. there are 3 lifts inside the property and it is quite complicated for guests to move around the property. the rooms were good enough for 2 persons and the washroom was a little old fashioned with no jet-spray next to the washroom area. towels were dirty and yellow in colour. location of the property is excellent since you can reach Mall Road from inside the property. the hotel had 3 cafes and extensive menu. shisha is also available in the hotel cafe. breakfast had limited options, but quality and taste of the food was good. staff was friendly but not very efficient in room dining facility was good and we got all we needed.

The moment we stepped into Shimla British Resort, we were in awe of the lovely antique furniture and beautiful woodwork that gave the place a true heritage feel. The cozy bedrooms were perfect for the chilly weather, and waking up to the cool Shimla breeze was so refreshing. Babita and the team were always around to assist, making our stay all the more pleasant. A must-visit if you love history and comfort!

I did not stay at the Oberoi but had lunch at their restaurant, Cartview room during a day trip to Shimla. The food was absolutely fabulous — I had an unusual and utterly delicious starter topped with baked yogurt! The Himalayan trout was perfectly cooked. The staff was very attentive as was the award winning chef, Mr. Raj Kumar (previously at Ban Thai at Oberoi Delhi). Highly recommend a stop at Cartview if you’re in Shimla.

I have stayed in this property for four days. I had booked this property by reading the good reviews. And i must say i had never regretted my decision. Everything was above the mark. The staff were very courteous and taking care of every minute derails. I will specially like to appreciate mrs. Rekha sharma ( executive housekeeper) for her professionalism towards her work. I had left my laptop ***** with my important documents at the reception of hotel during checkout. When i reached home i found that bag was not there. I called her and immediately she responded. The very next day she had sent her person mr. Gee-eta ram sharma to the courier office which was quite far from her place. All the packing with extra care has been personally done by them. People with such attitude towards their work are very hard to find in today’s world. They are the real asset z for their organization. I wish the entire team of mrs. Relay sharma all the best. Please keep the good work.

We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel Silverine is a fantastic choice in Shimla. The location on Mall Road is unbeatable, with easy access to shops and attractions. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer beautiful hill views. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Himalayan Bike went there and the most important thing is that this bike was my favorite place and I got my favorite bike. The bike is unpermissioned for our country 350cc. The location was good, near hadimba temple. Most of the famous location were nearby, mall road was also just 1 km away from the hotel. The best part was its food, so tasty and at reasonable prices. Loved the vibe.

Mr Vinod at front desk is extremely polite and helpful. View from Room and Terrace is breathtaking. Food is good . Taxi can be booked from hotel and is reasonable compared to city rates. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Only 400 meters away from Hadimba Temple and 800 meters away from Mall Road.
