Moderno, pulito, efficiente, comodissimo parcheggio ed anche garage interno. Zona industriale non bella, ma comunque con ristoranti nei dintorni e vicino all'autostrada. Prezzo super conveniente. Impossibile chiedere di più.

Definitely NOT a Palace. Definitely not 3 and a half stars Let’s stay by saying this hotel Ambra Palace is definitely not a palace. I should have listened to the other reviewers. It’s a dump completely with rude staff at reception. Whilst Agoda (don’t get me started on them) and the hotel website boast about having airconditioning this is not the case. Well the rude gentleman first said there is no aircon but when he is shown it in writing on the website and on Agoda the story changes to ‘seasonally available’. Well not at certain times of the year anyway. 29 degrees during our stay but aircon already turned off for the year. The rude gentleman who lost the ability to speak English advised through his female colleagues that their website can’t be changed to define when aircon isn’t available. Nor apparently can it be changed on Agoda according to him. So bottom line no aircon year round, yet they advise there is. Unacceptable. Now the shower? Shall we talk about the fact the shower head won’t stay in place making it a hand held shower. Unacceptable. So back down to my friend on the counter and in fairness he does arrange a room change. But changing rooms is never fun. Shower should have been in working order. New room has twin beds. We need a double but who could be bothered complaining again. Small rooms with very dated furniture and dated bathrooms. Very thin walls and we heard fellow guests in next room all night. The solution on the second night was to leave the window open and listen to all the street noise. Breakfast was okay. Location was okay. Don’t go to this hotel. Listen to the reviews We will never be back to this ‘Palace’

We just stayed at the Villa Maria Hotel & Spa for 1 night and had a great experience. It was the first time ever being in Francavilla al Mare and we are so happy that we chose this place. The location was great as we were without a car. The taxi ride to and from the Pescara train station was only 10 minutes. Also, we enjoy walking. It was only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach in Francavilla al Mare and all of the restaurants, shops there—very easy to do. The room was clean, very spacious and I do recommend a view of the water—absolutely incredible. We loved our balcony. The property itself is very hidden and quiet. The hotel is very nice, kept very well and the breakfast was delicious. The entire staff at the Villa Maria is very accommodating and attentive to our every need—thank you to everyone working there! Upon our return to that area, we will definitely stay at the Villa Maria Hotel again. I highly recommend!

Que dire sur cette étape d'une nuit . Tout était parfait : l'accueil , le lieu ,les chambres, la déco , la propreté . On se sent comme chez soi. L'hôte est d'une bienveillance et d'une sympathie hors normes . Je comprends les avis ultra positifs . Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés . Vous serez accueillis comme il se doit. Un bonjour de Belgique.

Well, this hotel was an amazing surprise, located just 14 mins by car from the historical centre of L'Aquila, it is perfect for that getaway or for travellers wanting a little more room. My room had a twin bed and a luxurious sofa that I made use of on the days I needed to stay in. Car Park onsite, Breakfast is included and they have an amazing selection of food to choose from. The restaurant 'Spapiza', serving high quality products at a very reasonable price, an abundant serving that will certainly fill the tummy of all. Staff and Management are lovely and have the time to speak to you and ask how your day is. This Hotel makes me feel like I belong and I'm not just another customer.

Hotel 4 stelle con annessa residenza con appartamenti! Parto subito complimentandomi con Stefania dell’accoglienza sempre gentilissima e cordiale e capace di soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta! Inoltre complimenti anche a Nicola il maitre di sala che ci ha accolto seguendoci ad ogni pranzo e ad ogni cena con estrema professionalità! Grazie ad entrambi! Il resto del personale nulla da dichiarare! Questo hotel ha Grande potenzialità ma purtroppo non sfruttata appieno! 4 pallini verdi però sono meritati ma grazie alle persone sopra menzionate! Consiglio di fare tesoro delle precedenti recensioni per correggere alcuni dettagli ed essere impeccabili! Un consiglio per il cuoco: NO ARROSTICINI se non preparati con il metodo classico! Inoltre arricchite la carta dei vini, me lo aspetto in un hotel a 4 stelle!

Booked a triple superior room with sea view for the week of ferragosto via a booking portal. Paid in advance. We have been allocated a triple room at the arrival, I think, but without sea view. Let us notice the service and we are answered that it was not their problem but to contact me to the booking portal, and they will immediately reimburse us the difference for the lack of sea view. The same amount is charged to the structure and ..... open sky! The owner blames us in a scent and spotish way that we created a loss to him!!! No comment. For the rest breakfast in the standard without salt, discovered parking with payment and low cleaning in the breakfast area. A quite clean but noisy room as from a courtyard where there is a pizzeria restaurant that organizes nights with music. Fridge in noisy room. Tends to the windows not sufficiently dark comes very light. I don't recommend it

The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming, and any problems are solved for us. Breakfast personally feels simple, but the coffee is delicious ☕️
