Hotel is a little old but clean. The location is excellent. Close to roma termini train station and metro. Quite a number of eateries nearby. The hotel provides water dispenser within its property, since it does not provide bottled water. Very environmental friendly.
It takes 10-15 minutes to drive into the city.
There's a 24-hour guarded parking lot 🅿️ available, though it's not part of the hotel. It's on the basement level and costs 25 euros a day.
It's a pretty decent four-star chain hotel; I personally think it's quite good.
During the day, there's a market stall setup on the next street over.
At night, it turns into a lively bar street, which is really nice.
There's also a Penny supermarket diagonally opposite.
What more could you ask for?

Very nice hotel, location is also nice and a lot of pizza restaurants and halal food around, 5 minutes walking from the Termini train station. Not the perfect time to go out from 11 pm

The hotel has a historical feel, and the rooms are nicely decorated. The breakfast area is pleasant, and the food is quite good. Its best asset is its incredibly convenient location. It's right at Repubblica metro station, just one stop from Termini train station, and also easily walkable. The Vatican is five metro stops away, with the Spanish Steps perfectly situated in between. The Colosseum and its surroundings are also within walking distance, making it very pedestrian-friendly for exploring the city.
This is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table.
The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat.
The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price.
I look forward to returning again in the future.
A very ”tired of life” hotel. In fact, this is the only hotel located in close proximity to Fiumicino airport ”Leonardo da Vinci”. For passengers who want to get a good night's sleep before an early flight, this is the only option. Also, airline employees, pilots and flight attendants stay at the hotel. There are a lot of people, but the hotel staff is unhurried - they talk to each other nicely, with smiles, when guests are waiting in line to check in. We could not find free Wi-Fi, even in the hotel lobby. Despite the fact that we paid more than 250 euros per night, they took a deposit of 75 euros from us. It seemed that the hotel was firmly stuck in the past. It urgently needs renovation and good management. The hotel has its advantages, too. The main one is its proximity to the airport (you can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes, following the signs, directly from the arrivals area, without even going outside). They also offer a good breakfast with a large selection of food, both hot and cold. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, we managed to get a good night's sleep between two long flights.

We stayed in Rome for five nights and were very satisfied with this hotel. The location is very convenient, five minutes away from Termini Station, and across the street is the Basilica of Santa Maria, where Pope Francis is finally buried. The hotel is very clean, the room design is stylish and practical, and the size is right. The breakfast is standard and basically meets the requirements, and the front desk service is very good. I will come again if I have the chance!
I was able to travel alone! It is large enough for one person. It may be a little small for two people. L-size carry can be expanded. The room was nice and there was a balcony, which was very nice! !! The front desk is kind, cleaning is cleaned every day, and the bottle of water is replenished. There are kettles and cups, coffee, tea, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, body soap and body cream. Towels will also be replenished enough. It is a 7.8 minute walk from the REG station, but the metro station is about a 20-minute walk. However, it was fun to walk after a walk, and above all, the hotel was comfortable, so it was comfortable. The laundry is also on the first basement floor and detergent is also available. (These are also free) There is also a dryer, but I don't like the dryer very much, so I hung it on the window in the room. Other customers also had a rack to dry the laundry, so I used it. There was also an iron, so it is convenient. All rooms face the river side as well, and there is a shop on the other side of the river and it may be a little noisy at night. I can't hear the sound when I close the window. W-F was also available without any problems. I would like to stay at this hotel if I come to Rome again.
The overall experience is really good, people are nice , the self check-in system, the environment is comfortable and with some facilities such as laundry & small games. The best thing is the comfortable open area where people have a small talk and a place to relax after a whole day meeting. Surrounding also has groceries like carefour and other convenient shops. Breakfast is also pretty good and there are a variety of options. I will stay at this hotel again if I have a trip to Rome again.

Very Good
בבלVery clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.
AAnonymous UserThe room was decent, no major complaints. The location was quite good; most attractions were within a few dozen minutes' walk. Bottled water was only provided on the first night and wasn't replenished for subsequent nights, no matter how long we stayed. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Europe, the service was only average. The front desk staff and doormen, in particular, weren't very friendly or welcoming. However, the Chinese-speaking front desk staff were quite helpful.
GGuest UserWe have booked for one night and yes, we did call them that we'll be arriving very earlier, like midnight to 1 am and asked if we can just stay in the lounge because there's also a 24-hour desk. We're probably gonna stay at least 3-4hrs tops cause we're planning to see Rome very earlier to get decent pictures before tourists arrive. They told us yes, and that we can also do earlier check-in like 1-2pm if the room is ready. We have arrived and the receptionist was very rude right from the start. There's also one foreigner before us who clearly doesn't speak Italian. The receptionist was all over the place, commenting about how come people want to book earlier, mind you we understand everything cause we also know how to speak Italian. But when it was our turn and told him everything, he basically turned us away and that we cannot stay there. It's fine, no problem, but we did asked if we could just stay a little bit to find another hotel to stay for the night, a little 10 mins won't hurt anybody but no, he did tell us to go outside and literally throw us away, mind you we're 2 girls outside of Rome at 1-2am in the morning, the least you can do is let us stay inside until we get another place to stay. After 10mins outside with no hotel to book and 3 men we're coming towards us with a bag that you can literally tell they stole, we forced ourselves back at the hotel cause we're very scared and YES, THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD US NO AGAIN, even though we told him that there are 3 men 5 ft away from us. He told us that his work is also dangerous because the door was broken, which is by the way not our fault. We didn't have a choice but to book for the night that costs us 170 euros, from 1am-11am! After we paid and got our key-door, it's like nothing happened, he's suddenly very accommodating, very talkative like he didn't throw us away 10 min ago.
This was the worst 3-star hotel I've ever been to, everything is perfect apart from that old receptionist. Never again!

KKanzuimeidefengguangThe room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and quite spacious for Rome. The breakfast was decent, with all the essentials. The location was also good, close to the metro and Termini Station. It was very convenient to get to the Vatican and the Colosseum directly by metro. The area around the station wasn't chaotic; I occasionally saw a homeless person, but it didn't affect pedestrians. There's also Venchi chocolate at Termini Station, and their gelato is delicious.
JJIAKANGImpressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. The water is relatively clean
CChingGoesGlobalAS A FIRST TIME AND A SOLO TRAVELLER- The hotel location is 10-15 mins from termini or the City Center. Not so crowded place which I like. There is bus stop near to the hotel just 1min walk. From there you can ride bus number 90 or 66 to bring you to termini. You can just use your bank card to tap and its also less hassle. I didnt check if how much does it cost but pretty sure its cheap. Haven't check my card anyway.
HOTEL ROOM- I am very particular about the cleanliness but this one never dissappoint me. It's well maintain, modern, clean and no nasty smell. I have a single room just perfectly fit for 1 person. The place is cozy .The toilet is spacious(its big) inside have hand soap, body liquid soap. Hair dryer, towels. CLEAN✅
HALLWAY- is clean I even walk barefoot not too scared to get too much dirt. Since my foot is aching from a long walk with my shoes. They dont have slippers but thats fine. There is 1 water bottle for free.
BREAKFAST- they have excellent breaky serve daily at 7am to 10am, buffet style. You can just approach the counter to have a coffee or juice. Coffee is perfect. The place as well is cozy you can just refer to my photos. They have lounge where you can stay after your check out whilw waiting for your time to go. They have vending machines for some of your essential hygiene needs.
OVER ALL IT WAS EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE. Affordable price I would definetly be back.🥰
FFreestylelvxingzheThe environmental sanitation facilities are good in all aspects, but the location is a bit remote. It takes more than 20 minutes to get to the Vatican City by bus. To go to other attractions, you have to transfer to the subway. If the price is not particularly cost-effective, it is more convenient to choose the area around the A-line subway station.
GGuest UserOur flight was unexpectedly rescheduled, so we opted to stay an extra night at this out-of-town hotel. They offer a complimentary swimming pool, and the room was quite spacious by European standards, although the bed was a little on the smaller side. Dining options in the vicinity were limited, so we simply ordered Chinese takeout. The hotel provides an airport shuttle bus, which I believe costs around 8 Euros per person. Given our very early departure, the hotel kindly arranged a taxi for us. It was 10 Euros per person to the airport, and the ride only took about ten minutes.
GGuest UserThe hotel is really far from the city center. Every time you want to go to Rome, the Vatican, or even the airport, you have to pay at least €40 for a taxi. You might save money on the hotel rate, but you'll end up paying double for transportation. Public transport is also far from the hotel, and you have to change lines multiple times.
