Enjoyed my stay here in my single room. Was clean and reception staff were friendly and kind. All facilities worked and some good places to visit in the area. Would stay here again if visiting Osh. The only thing that could be slightly better was the breakfast.

I liked the fine kitchen in the restaurant, as well as the interior of the east style, in the rooms the lingerie was white and smooth, steep mountain view. The staff was polite and smiling. By the way, they have a spa complex where the Russian couple, the inner warm pool and the jacuzzi, we will definitely return to this hotel yet Thank you for the service

I realize this is Osh and not a large city. But the Classic must have been a nice hotel a while ago ; clearly the standard has not been kept up. There was no provision in our room to open a couple of suitcases, the bathroom and amenities were really poor, towels a scary grey. Breakfast very disappointing. Maybe the pandemic knocked the business around, but they need to make a serious effort to do better.
