We had a very enjoyable time here. Everything was good about this hotel. Friendly staff. We were greeted by the friendly bellman at the parking lobby. They helps to send our luggage and belonging in front of our room. The check in process also fast. The room completely equip with all the necessities needed. They have fridge, iron & iron board. We had a pleasant stay at deluxe room facing the pool & seaview! We can catch a beautiful sunset from our room☺️. My kid enjoy the kidspool so much! They have few pools (kidspool and adult pool with different depth, the deepest is 2.5m). You can also enjoy their private beach. As it is private so only the hotel guest can have the access to the beach. The beach also beautiful and clean. We stayed here on new year eve and they even have fireworks at 12am! We can directly enjoy the fireworks from our balcony☺️. However it is quite noisy since there are families singing karaoke celebrating new year but ya dont really mind it since it is new year eve. Everyone wants to have happy moments. The only cons things is their breakfast. They serve variety of food but the taste is so-so. The beriyani chicken was salty and other menu also not reaching the 5-star hotel standard. The potato wedges for kids was really salty. I refrain my kid from eating the wedges. But the good things they have kids corner during breakfast. Overall my rate is 9/10☺️ Repeat again? Definitely YES☺️

The resort is really amazing, nice view, good service, clean and comfortable, affordable price, facilities ate complete, strategic location. I give 10🌟

The staff are friendly and polite , local style breakfast is acceptable but not great. Got upgraded to water chalet, unit we stayed is maintained well. Only shortfall is no private beach, swimming pool is small and the parking is too narrow.

The check-in was fast and easy, the introductions was clear. The hotel have different buildings and names so I wasn't sure which one I have booked till I reach there. I booked the Grand Lexis Port Dickson so the room is single storey and we have private because there is no window and the only window is from the toilet looking out to the pool. The pool is Within 3 tall walls and the pool is dirty with leaves and bugs. The room have large walking area with 2 big beds and sofa and study area. The toilet is large too, with its own wc area and shower area and big changing area. The wardrobe is connected to the changing area. The toilet window have gaps that lizards came in. There are alot of car park lots right in front of my room but when night comes, it's full, but there are lots in the hotel building too. Breakfast buffet is in the hotel building and there are alot of variety of food. There is a big pool in the hotel building but are crowded. There isn't any shop nearby, there is a small shop in the hotel building but they close early. The staffs are very helpful and friendly to guide us to our room. There are free buggy rides to shuffle people to and fro their rooms to main hotel lobby.

I’ve stayed at Royale Chulan countless of times and also on Chinese New Years . So since I heard Alson Klana has been refurbished I decided to give it a try for the first time. Firstly when arriving to the hotel , this is on Chinese New Year Eve , parking was not full hence not full house. The facade of the hotel looks haunted due to they did not paint the hotel at all although they had refurbish it. Went to counter and was passed to their trainee. Trainee didn’t understand English well despite continuing to Converse to him in English. In the end he replied in Bahasa Melayu while we converse with him in English. 4th floor was given despite us mentioning we do not prefer the number 4 especially heading towards the Chinese New Year due to starting the year with an inauspicious number. However we were given the answer it is a fully house. We asked again how about even the 3rd floor would do, same thing , full house despite a lot of parking space available. Anyhow, heading to the room, the room is spacious . However, the bathroom door is not in a good shape they did not change the bathroom door and it has cracks and it’s a very old door. The balcony is not cleaned and if you look at the other side, it looks very haunting and torn down. Doubt into housekeeping in the end, managed to dial into the front desk to request, for toothbrush, toothbrush was not provided any refill of tea bags is chargeable RM6. This might be the last time I stay in this hotel and I will return to the competitor.

We booked to stay over at the very last minute, probably 2 hours before the 1500hrs check in time. We arrived and were able to get our room keys without any delays. We requested for a bell boy to send our luggage’s to the room and the receptionist did not hesitate to help in this matter. The room was good. Bathroom and beds were clean. Aircond was cold, pillows were nice and fluffy, definitely helped in our good night sleep. We tried the in house room dining and it was worth the price. Pool was nice and we enjoyed the slide. Breakfast choices were good for us. There were various food and it was topped up the moment it finished. Checkout process was smooth and we were done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you RCS and we will definitely come back again.

A young Indian guy doing his one-man-show manning the check-in, check-out counter, helpful though with my 5 rooms booking done online. No concierge service, no valet parking, no receptionist or operator to answer the phone when i called in to check on the early check-in request. This hotel is good for sleeping in, not good for staycation because there's nothing here. And our view from the window is facing the chinese cemetary, the rooms on the other side would be facing the main road leading to the Seremban town. The only good thing about this hotel is the ample parking & 5 minute drive to the city centre. Breakfast is not provided with my room, but the coffee house looked like it's not in operation, hardly anybody there, and when there are ppl sitting at the table, don't see any food or drinks. And only ONE lift operating the 4 floors, while there's social distancing stickers on the floor to indicate only 5 ppl per trip. Housekeeping should do some inspection on damage furniture besides just cleaning. One of the damaged rattan chair torn the pants of my relative. (see pic attached)

I've booked 2 rooms for my business trip with my colleague in Arena Hotel. One room for collegue is standard room which is cheaper than another superior room booked for my own stay. Surprisingly, when I compared both rooms, superior room is smaller and the facilities inside the room is lesser compare with another standard room I have, it doesnt come with a mirror above the working table and only have sofa chair provided in superior room. Called the front desk but they just claim that there's nothing wrong, in their floor plan the room I am staying is superior. They can't give me an explanation why I am paying more but get the smaller and lesser facilities room. Other than that, Arena Hotel is really worth the money,clean, comfortable and food tasted nice.

The 2room apartment that I booked has only partial seaview. The receptionist seems not friendly when we request to change room due to lower floor we got. The sliding door is broken and the bathroom sink is leaking. Terrible experience. The hotel should have checked all these before guest check in.

Dated hotel..furnitures and room made of wood, need upgrades. We got room 520, Goa side at first.. door malfunction when we open it. Bit hard to open, need to be careful. Wooden blinds as well, heavy n dated too. Called reception n ask for room change. Change to room 604, near the avi lounge, Cochin side. Better room, upgraded plastic blinds. More manageable. Tiles in bathroom are moldy, due to leak from shower i think. Thankfully the resort is not that crowded.. we have our honeymoon peacefully. The sunset viee is soooo nice. Makes it a memorable stay.

Excellent front desk service, Hema and her day crew attentive and pleasant. Room are spacious, comfortable, slightly dated but still pleasant. Its a must again hotel.... Breakfast not bad, not great, orange juice is cordial ... coffee is good.... buffet is good but extremely basic, half hearted spread ... very road side tom yam stall like taste ... not a hotel like at all.... Scrambled eggs was the freshest and tastiest.

The hotel is strategically located few minutes from a private beach, but actually the beach is not very private. Other people can still have access to it but the beach is clean. The sea water isn't so clear. . Cleanliness of the room is just so so. The tables are dusty, the floor is dusty and there was rubbish from last guest that was not being cleaned up. Pillow is too soft but the liners are clean. View wise is good, facing the sea and a stone away to PD Waterfront.

I stayed here two weeks for an event. The room was really great, the staffs very helpful and lovely. The buffet food was delicious. There serve variety of food and desert everyday. The environment is so nice. I give 5 stars to this hotel.

Overall pricing is really cheap, cant asks for more with such pricing. Friendly staffs. Not as bad as how some described. Maybe I'm lucky though. Air conditioner is working, water heater also working. Breakfasts provided with standard room cost. Not bad though. Basic amenities available too. Suitable for a short stay or stopover. All we needed was a clean and quiet place to rest between night flights and that's what we got. The warm and friendly welcome by the three lovely receptionists was a bonus as was the complimentary coffee. The location is good too with lots of good eating options and convenience stores. Great value.

nice hotel to stay for couple days.Bilik besar Gila! Love sgt.. (kami ambil bilik yg 3 room+breakfast for 4 person) 1)check in around 7pm (sepatutnya check in time 2pm) kami sampai agak lewat. 2) at night, guard tutup gate, walau dah hon tiada yg buka pagar (maybe gate closed at 12 and guard were sleeping).agak menyusahkan,terpaksa buka pagar sendiri,walaupun dah bayar rm600+ for 3 day 2 night 3) for staff they were friendly.cuma bahagian receptionist,agak kurang memuaskan hati. (bila minta extend masa untuk check out,around 3pm, minta cas tambahan. Tiada tolak ansur,sbb kami dah masuk check in agak lewat, dan masa itu juga TIADA pengunjung lain selain group kami.kami diberi extend time 1 jam sahaja selepas 10-15 minit discussion) 4)food sedap cuma they keep questioning bila kita ada 4 kuota for breakfast, tp 2 org yg turun, dan order 4 makanan which is Kami guna@mkn for 2 org yg tidak turun,tp staff layan kami seperti tidak membayar untuk MAKANAN itu dan layan acuh tak acuh. Agak mengecewakan sbb untuk breakfast hari pertama juga, hanya 2 org yg turun mkn walau pakej untuk 4 org. (mkn tiada buffet, sbb masa Ktorg cuti,tak ramai guess stay,so tak bnyk choice makanan) . overall okay!
