The hotel entrance has bus route 29 directly to the airport, train station, and city center. The room window can be opened and closed manually, and occasionally you can see planes taking off and landing, but I didn't hear any aircraft or car noise. However, the sound insulation between rooms was relatively poor. The bed was six feet wide and very comfortable. The downsides are that the room size is a bit small and there's no electric kettle provided in the room.

The room was clean, but we had a very poor experience with the heating. After realizing the main heater didn't work, we were given a small electric fan that didn't help. We ended up having to switch rooms in the middle of the night, which was incredibly disruptive. We stayed here to rest (1 night) during a long road trip, but we left more tired than when we arrived. Disappointing!

This hotel was a great find. Room was sparklingly clean and comfortable. Equipped with hairdryer, iron, mini bar and plenty of bathroom amenities. Perfectly located opposite the main train station, just a 20 min walk into centre or a 5 min tram ride.  Staff were friendly and helpful. The Asian restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. I would certainly stay here again.

The location is very good. I went out to play when I arrived at the hotel. I took a shower late at night and found hair in my bathrobe. It was too late and I was too tired to bother. I told the hotel front desk about this the next day. They were very nice and kept apologizing. I asked them to replace it with a new one because I had doubts about the hygiene of the entire hotel because of this hair. The front desk manager and others said they would compensate me for something. I said forget it and went out to play again. When I returned to the hotel after playing for 5 hours, the room card was invalid! The front desk swiped the card again and went up to the room. I found that it was being cleaned. They were very nice and hoped that we could wait for 20 minutes. We went down to the lobby and waited for 20 minutes before going to the room. I found that the bathrobe with other people's hair was still there. They didn't replace it for me! ! ! I was speechless. I complained to Ctrip, and the result was that everyone from the cleaning staff to the manager came to my house. I kept insisting that it was a bathrobe, but everyone who handled it asked me if it was a towel. I was even more tired to deal with it. They directly told me not to come again and apologized. In addition to being very nice and saying sorry, from the front desk to the back-end, even the bathrobe and towel were not clearly communicated. This hotel should have been my good memories, it was so disappointing!

Die Lage ist etwas abseits, der nächste Bus hält etwa 150 m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, und trotz des ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schildes an der Tür klopfen die Reinigungskräfte. Der Duft von chemischen Reinigern ist sehr präsent, und die Betten sind extrem weich, was Geschmackssache ist. Abgesehen davon waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zur Gästezahl recht klein. Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch fast alle ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen, da mir das Bett zu weich war und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist

The reception only open during the day, I think from 8:00 to 18:00, which can be inconvenience. But you can write to them and their response is quick.

The room was really spacious, with a lovely small lawn outside the window that looked like a prairie. It was super convenient to take the free shuttle into town to explore. We stayed out until past 10 PM, then took three different buses back. Even though it was summer, I was practically freezing by the time we got back in the middle of the night. One thing I definitely have to commend the hotel for: I accidentally left my car keys on the sofa by the entrance and only realized they were missing when I got back late. I rushed to the front desk, and even though the shift had changed, they thankfully found them in a drawer. Even more coincidentally, I met the family who found the keys right there at the front desk. Everyone was so kind, and I'm incredibly grateful. Losing them would have absolutely ruined our entire trip!

Hotel location is excellent, just opposite the train station. When checking-in took the room, he initially gave us a low-rise room, surrounded by the opposite room, no view at all, and the patio location, and later we asked to change the room, because I booked in Trip.com with a city view. Later, they immediately changed a room facing the train station street to us, proving that there is actually a better view room, but they just don't give it to you first. The room is facing the big bang, and the street is noisy at night, sometimes people shout or play loudly. The room size is small, the bathroom and bathroom are small, and the sink can't place items at all. There are also traces of dust on the glass window, which is not like a brand-name hotel at all. The $2000 one night room is a bit worthless.

Conveniently located near the bus station, the hotel is really clean, the rooms are very well decorated, the front desk and room service can communicate in German (the check-in manual is available in French, English and German). The continental meals are delicious (there is an ice cream shop and Subway nearby if you are not used to it)

Very nice hotel, they stole my daughter’s heart by gifting her a small teddy bear and some things to colour. They stole my heart by installing water taps in the hallway that has sparkling water, ice cold water or just still water. However, since breakfast is overpriced, we went to a bakery 150m from the hotel. And that’s how my husband’s heart got stolen. So yeah, we lived happily ever after.
