overall good stay, only real issues were with the restaurant, not the server, but kitchen in afternoon were understaffed and food was inconsistent in coming out to us. Staffing overall were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable, amenities were varied depending on what was in your room.Pricing was higher in comparison with amenities of other hotels in which we have stayed.

Group Posadas remains the best option in New Laredo but this hotel requires greater corporate support to have similar conditions to other locations. The facilities are clean and functional and needs to be improved in some services such as the gym (only have a few walkers), the variety in food and staff in the dining room . The TV screen is the largest and better than the rest of the hotels in New Laredo and the beds are very comfortable.

The internet works great on the top floor and the room had a refrigerator. On lower level floors the WiFi is unstable and sometimes the room doesn't have a fridge. The taxes recently increased, concerned.

Del cuarto solo diría que las sábanas tenían un ligero aroma que no me gustó pero tampoco me incomodó demasiado. ¿Volvería a quedarme ahí? Por supuesto.

The facilities need an upgrade, start with lighting and A/C also the elevators need a refresh. Some parts smell old, also the restaurant needs more variety. Consider it is almost the only lodging place and it receives people from different origins.

Hampton Inn Tampico- very close to the airport. La Dolce Vita Italian Restaurant is next door. Oxxo store and Walmart are within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was very good with plenty of choices available.

El hotel luce muy bello, excelente decoración, la habitación realmente es muy confortable, camas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado enfría a la perfección, desgraciadamente estaban arreglando o remodelando la habitación de enfrente y toda la tarde dieron martillazos, lo que hizo posible dormir un par de horas antes de atender una reunión (lo que era mi plan), al querer ducharme NUNCA salió agua caliente, quería rasurarme por lo que fue una tortura la rasurada. Siempre he pensado que los detalles hacen la diferencia y, en esta ocasión los detalles hunden al hotel, mas que un iceberg al titanic...

The hotel is in a great shopping area. The service I experienced was great and the people were friendly and helpful. As I got sick with eating seafood, the staff helped me out and get to a taxi. Which I would advice anyone from the States to not eat the seafood. The hotel was clean and the food from the hotel is pretty nice. I looked at the other HOTSSON and this one is nicer and you just can't beat the location. I am definitely going to book another stay at this location soon.

My experience in reception was very bad, I had a reservation with check in at 3:00 p.m., I was made wait two and a half hours to give me my room, the receptionist is pointing as guests arrive and the passage with each room was very long, I had to get up to present my disrespect and at the moment they made me deliver from my room where the procedure with me was already very short, I think it is a chance ree since many guests waited too long and they had the same disconformity, it is important to consider the valuable time we have and it is not possible to wait for two hours to be able to receive only our room, I have visited several hotels of the same franchise and in all has been very good service, so I can add that breakfast service is good and the transport service you have at the hotel in this case I gave you use and was very kind of the driver and punctual, Not everything is bad but I am sure that if you improve the reception and check in the guests' stay and the image they give as hotel will be very pleasant

There was some disappointment when I first arrived at the front desk. There was a table at the door, and both sides were wrapped up in decoration. I was afraid that it was not safe and the facilities in the room were relatively old. But after staying for three days, there was no safety problem. The car in the hotel can take me to the nearby industrial park. I am still very satisfied with the fact that the driver has time to arrange the pick-up and drop-off. I speak very minimal Spanish, and the hotel staff spoke very minimal (if any) English, but they were willing to use my translation app. However, the booking said there was a restaurant, but there was not. My room was ready, but their key card machine wasn’t working. When I returned a few hours later, it still was not working and had to be escorted & let into my room via security. This meant I couldn’t leave my room for anything (Ie: ice, food, etc) without leaving my door ajar or needing to bug security to let me back into my room. This was remedied the next day, but it was an inconvenience. I received a room facing the parking lot/streets, which was noisy and extra bright. (I wish I had gotten a room on the backside, as I suffer from migraines.) The complementary breakfast left a lot to be desired. Vending machines were mostly empty. Room was clean, and location was highly desirable as it was next to the mall/food court. Bed was comfy, but the pillows SUCKED! The extra blanket had holes throughout, which was a huge quality disappointment. And last but not least… the coffee was horrible.
