"The room was tiny. Paying over 2,000 NOK a night for a single room in January, it felt ridiculously small. I've stayed at two different Radisson hotels in Oslo that were much better than this one in Tromsø. Plus, the mattress was incredibly soft, with absolutely no support. At this price, aren't you going to get better mattresses for your guests? The moment I lay down, the whole bed just caved in. The pillows were also useless. After a few nights, my back was killing me, my whole body ached, and my neck hurt. The hotel's location is decent, but it's really not worth the price. On the last day, my Apple Pencil rolled under the bed. When I lifted the mattress to get it, I found used cotton swabs on the bed frame. Then, while packing, I discovered someone else's clothing tag, fruit pits, and a used napkin behind the mirror. So frustrating. The only redeeming quality was the decent window view. This terrible mattress deserves the lowest rating I've ever given on Trip.com."

"This hotel deserves a perfect 100! Our room faced the sea directly. I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration when booking, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a handwritten card and some delicious macarons, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel is brand new, so everything is pristine and the decor is beautiful. The location is excellent too; it's a great place to stay even without a car."

"It's a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. The restaurant and bar on the 11th floor (where you check in, have breakfast, and get your welcome drink) offers breathtaking panoramic views of the fjord. The room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with an industrial design. There's a parking lot downstairs, and it's convenient for shopping at nearby supermarkets. "Quite a good quality hotel. Location is excellent. Room is relatively small but still acceptable. This hotel booking includes breakfast. I rank the quality of breakfast to fantastic which it serves high quality of food with traditional Norwayigen food."

"Didn’t take any pictures of our actual room, but it was as shown in pictures! It was easy to spot the hotel. Also conveniently near supermarket, convenience store and petrol stations. Our room faced the beautiful mountain so it was really nice to wake up to it. Hotel buffet spread was just right and the whole place felt very homely. Staff were friendly as well! Would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is at the waterfront right in the center of town. It offers excellent value! Afternoon tea, buffet dinner, breakfast and free tea/coffee all day are included in the price. There's a sauna on the 5th floor together with a small gym. A jacuzzi is available for a small fee. Bus 42 from the airport stops just behind the hotel so it's less than a min walk to the reception. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and quite spacious. Best value in town! I'll definitely stay here again."

"The atmosphere was lively and very festive. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive and the stay felt very luxurious. The room was also clean and spacious, although the positioning of the hanging lamps was a bit awkward and I sometimes found my shoulder hitting one when getting into and out of bed. The shower was also very large and decent water pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was amazing! Many options and very delicious! The view from the room was spectacular and the staff accommodated my request for a higher room. The only downsides were the laundry service is incredibly expensive, which was shocking as the hotel I had started in prior to this one did it for free. Also, room cleaning did not come to room one day and I had to make two requests to the front desk to get a fresh towel. It took quite a long time, but eventually did get me a new towel in the evening. The staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was amazing. とてもにぎやかで、お祭りのような雰囲気でした。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で行き届いており、滞在全体がとてもラグジュアリーに感じられました。客室も清潔で広々としていましたが、吊り下げ式の照明の位置が少し微妙で、ベッドに出入りする際に肩が当たってしまうことが何度かありました。 シャワーもとても広く、水圧や温度調整もしっかりしていて快適でした。 朝食は素晴らしかったです。種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。 客室からの眺めも圧巻で、高層階の部屋を希望したところ、その要望にも快く対応していただけました。 唯一のマイナス点は、ランドリーサービスが非常に高額だったことです。直前に宿泊していたホテルでは無料だったため、正直かなり驚きました。また、ある日は客室清掃が入らず、新しいタオルをもらうためにフロントに2回お願いする必要がありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、最終的には夕方に新しいタオルを届けてもらえました。その際、スタッフの方からは大変丁寧にお詫びがありました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。"

"The hotel is outdated and is scheduled to be refurbished in 2025 or 2026. The lobby is ”super” small with no design theme (for what that matters). My room was small and poorly laid-out...plus, the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and I knew my back would suffer, so I placed the thin topper on the floor and slept on that. Once housekeeping left at the end of the day you could not obtain extra blankets or pillows...all I had was one small, rectangular pillow....I did not get a good sleep! The gym could only be accessed by climbing a narrow, winding set of stairs...I never got there. The front office staff was amazing...so pleasant and accommodating....despite all the demands placed on them. I was thankful I was only staying for 1 night."

"Stunning full sea view resorts we had… resort are clean. We stay for 5 nights. Daily breakfast is good… staff & reception are friendly, courtesy & helpful…. Beautiful scenery around the resorts…& we are lucky , 2 of the night we witnessed auroras northern lights right from our resort balcony… amazing with the beautiful stars…..but most importantly to stay here you must drive…"

"The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room's window. I really like the room layout and it is beautifully furbished. The kitchen is great because it comes with A COMPLETE set of kitchen utensils. You will never run out of anything. This is also my first time staying in an apartment-like hotel in Europe, so I was impressed by the dishwasher. The floor is also warmed, which I like. Especially, in the bathroom, my feet didn't feel cold at all, unlike other places. I could not use the kiosk to check-in, but it worked just fine on my iPhone. I was worried about using smart key in my iPhone, as I read a lot of complaints from other reviews. However, it worked perfectly, including the entrance, elevator, and my room. I had no issue at all despite my thick phone case. During my stay, I met no staff. Luckily, there was not any issue, so everything was fine. Lastly, the location is the best. it is located in the centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay and the price is very affordable. I think I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tromsø. "
