Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the hotel facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages, as it is conveniently situated midway between Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and Masjid Qiba. Both can be reached on foot in approximately 10–15 minutes, making it an excellent choice for visitors who enjoy walking. The manager deserves special recognition. "Service is excellent, all the staff from reception to door man is very helpful, clean and spotless room, but the amenities is not too satisfying compare to other hotel with the same price Location is perfect, near by gate 310 (men’s gate), and if you walk a little towards buggy cart to Quba, there are a lot of gift shops for shopping free with more affordable price than gift shops near Nabawi women’s gate"

"Overall the stay was comfy,and we felt satisfied with the service. Easy access to the Haram. In addition,they able to take the order at the last minute was kind. EXCEPT,they provide us the wrong food (plain bread instead of garlic bread) for room service dine-in.Other than that,recommended place to stay."

"The location is quite good. It's right across the street from Al Rashid Mega Mall, the largest store in Medina, and only a 10-minute drive from Mount Uhud. There are also 24-hour mini-supermarkets nearby, so it's fairly convenient. The room was reasonably clean, and there are four elevators that run quickly, so you rarely have to wait. However, there's no room service. Overall, I'm quite satisfied."
