Hotel close to the beach. Staff very friendly. Food good. Price really good. Would recommend it for a short break. Rooms large with large balconies and facing the sea. Pool cold so didn’t use it. There is an indoor swimming pool that is heated
Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.
El Mouradi Hammamet

Avoid this hotel at all costs. When I arrived, I was advised my room wouldn't be ready. They invited me to have some lunch, come back and it would be sorted. When I went back, it was the same story. Told come back an hour later, same story. It was around 3hrs after I arrived that I was able to get into my room. The room itself was absolutely shocking. The decor was like something from the 80s, there was a burn in the carpet where someone had left an iron on it, the bathroom was disgusting and hadnt been cleaned properly, when I took a shower, the bath filled with water due to issues with drainage. All in all, the room left a lot to be desired. The food was also disappointing. After the 3rd day, I stopped eating at the restaurant as it had given me an upset stomach. The bar was basic. Drinks were served in paper cups and served one at a time. I would have had my drink finished by the time I went back to the pool and would need to go back. It felt as if the staff thought the were doing you a favour by doing their jobs and did not make me feel welcome. The staff gave no information about any of the services provided and I felt like I was left to myself to figure the hotel out. I would not go back to this hotel and would implore anyone who is considering it to reconsider.

Went as a family , location just by the beach. Rooms are nice and big. For some reason there are big large windows i. The bathroom, looking into the bedroom that open. No tea coffee no milk. Only when complained they left two tea cups and a small kettle. Which soon was taken away near the end of the week. Mariam our maid was very friendly and worked very fast. Had too many rooms to clean. You can tell she was overworked. No evening entertainment. They call it a low key relaxing hotel. Saleem is so smiley and friendly if you book camel ride or quad bikes with him. His mood soon changes if you book an excursion with someone else. (He actually said “ you not book with me saleem very sad). Well we didn’t want to camel ride. lol Food was nice but runs out quick. And they just don’t understand what you’re saying. The restaurant you have to book separate are just food from the main restaurant and displayed. Seafood restaurants on beach was eating Bonny fish in the dark. And every dessert was the same grapes and melon. Or ice cream Tables in restaurants are so sticky and plug full of grease, by the omelette stand. As family we were ok eating in the restaurant, but as soon as my young girls were alone the men would just harass them for insta and snapchat and chat them up. My daughter did complain. But the young man at reception said I will sort it. Even the older men were harassing my daughters. Didn’t feel safe to let them stay or go swimming alone. One day there was no food and we had come back late from beach. As a diabetic shukar was low. Reception said all restaurants are closed now. When complained they brought me a plate of sugary cakes, For a five star hotel it’s very dirty. Hotel manger lady hafia was trying to help every one. But it just needs staff customers extra training. Spa is nice but a bit expensive and they will hassle you until you book. Then later they don’t want to know you. Lifts can get stuck. WiFi is good. When it works. Young lady Siwar at reception was very good. But overall the hotel needs a good clean and scrub. Get rid of the Randy men In restaurants. Have some entertainment. I won’t be returning. I paid just under £1000 for this holiday. It was not worth it.

Considering the value for money, it's not bad. Excellent sea view. Half an hour for the registration of the check in seems excessive to me. Hearty meals. Wifi works fine. TV channels need a technician to tune them, I couldn't
Marhaba Salem - Family Only

I keep coming back to this hotel, as it seems like a home from home for me. The staff make the atmosphere here extremely relaxing, as they are all super friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. The animation team are a terrific bunch of lads, who work incredibly hard, for very long hours, ensuring that all guests are fully entertained. The cleaners are marvellous, the room maids are super friendly and thorough, as are the public area cleaners, they never seem to stop, whilst always smiling. The bar staff are second to none, especially Mukhtar, who goes above and beyond to serve the guests. He must cover a marathon every evening in his steps. He never forgets an order. The waiters in the restaurant go out of their way to make sure everybody is comfortable, they work so hard, and are always happy, smiling and friendly. Adel is an absolute superstar, his service is top tier. The food is faultless, there really is something for everyone, the choice is vast and varied. Always a fantastic selection of salad and fruit, with different dishes cooked each day, no processed food, all 'home cooking' style and delicious. Reception staff are always on hand to help, nothing is ever too much trouble. Maintenance and garden staff work tremendously hard, and often go unnoticed when it comes to tips, but the gardens are always beautiful and obviously looked after very well. Last, but in no means least, Crouch the guest relations man, is the icing on the cake. He is always around to help, advise or run an errand, and always makes you feel at ease, ensuring that nothing is too much trouble for him. I don't ever really have any problems here, but it's excellent to know that Crouch would be around to assist me with a smile, if I ever did. Sorry if I have missed anyone, or anything, there are too many of you to mention individually, but I hope to be coming here for many years to come, 'inshallah'. Keep up the good work everyone, you're much appreciated.
