The icebreaker car will come to this hotel to pick it up, and then send it back to this hotel. It is very convenient to live here. Parking is available opposite the hotel. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is quite complete, fruit, yogurt, freshly ground coffee. Breakfast is available at 6 o'clock.

I was worried when I saw the average reviews online. But after staying for three days, I still felt good. We stayed in a suite with a sauna, which was quite large and clean. The sauna and fireplace were also quite good. Although there were not many people at the front desk, the service attitude was very good. The most important thing is that the location is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to town or take a bus.

Good location hotel in rovaniemi town centre, 10 mins walking to malls and tour excursions pick ups. The new rooms in the new wing is far from the reception needing ard 5 mins walking walk, but the facilities are relatively new. Breakfast is decent for the area altho not many hot food options. Staff service varies but seemed staffing level is low for xmas peak

Santasport Hotel is an integrated resort with accommodation, trekking, skiing, bike riding, snowboarding and many other winter activities. They have track for all the activities and it was an enjoyable trip to explore the woods during winter.
The hotel has a bowling alley, swimming pool and sauna. It also has a cafe
Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress.
Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread.
Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi.

Nnoel limExcellent service from the hotel staff. Breakfast has more quality then quantity. Hotel is a little bit out of the way especially if you drive a rented car as most of the roads have no street lights and you will have to depend on the high beam from the car to lead you through..it can get overwhelming esp if the first time you are driving in the snow. 10am to 3pm is the only period you can drive anywhere safely as beside the lights, there are stil icey roads to tackle
