The room was clean and tidy, the service was in place, someone guided the stay, and it was very convenient to eat next to it. There is an underground parking lot, and the entrance is more difficult to enter. They helped parking at the front desk.

I visited early in the morning, but I checked in early so I had a comfortable rest. All the staff were friendly and comfortable nights. I will come again if I visit izmit again later.

Checked in late at night very quickly. In special requests asked for a high floor, and got it (14th floor). In the attic at night you can hear the water circulation. Breakfasts are good, but they are taken apart quickly. To visit the pool they ask for a cap, which can be bought at the hotel.

Wifi coverage. bad signal dropping out regularly, also having problem with wifi password log in. As it is now winter time, air con only provide heating. Room feel warm and stuffy, room lighting is also minimal with only three lamp shade and look dark.
