My experience at this location was excellent. The room was what I expected it would be. Just a few things I didn’t like but the good was way better than the the bad. The staff was super friendly and professional. I will be booking here in the future again.

It was a clean and nice hotel. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the center of major tourist attractions and parking was convenient. You can park your car after check-out until 2pm.

Booked this in short notice. Easy to book. Live horse racing was fun and you are very close to the action. The casino was great the room was big very comfy and clean!! The staff is was friendly and very helpful. Can’t go wrong giving this downs a try!!!

The rooms in the old-fashioned luxury hotel are spacious, and I especially like the bright and clean bathroom. The facilities are a bit old, especially the carpet. The big bed is very comfortable, the lobby is warm and luxurious, and the casino is also fun. The hotel is located in a good location by the river, and the parking building is also very convenient. In short, it is worth staying there for two days on the weekend. The price-performance ratio is good.

I booked for one night stay because it was an early flight the next morning. It was nice that the room was spacious like an American hotel. It was comfortable with free airport pick-up/drop service. I didn't know there was a pick-up service, so I took Uber to the hotel, but when I checked in, the staff asked me first whether I was going to the airport or what time I was flying, and kindly booked. Thanks to that, I was able to go to the airport at 5 a.m. the next day.

The hotel is walking distance from the Fremch Quarter with enough distance to not be smack in the hustle and bustle. It's a nice walk to all the historical and tourist stops. The service was good. Generally a good stay and affordable.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.

This hotel is very close to the French quarter in New Orleans, a hotel with history and cultural connotations. Not only is the service attitude of the staff super good, but the experience of staying is also very good! I will definitely book this hotel again next time I go to New Orleans!

The breakfast was exceptional, the fruit was delicious, and the bread and yogurt were very good. Although it was not a Chinese breakfast, it felt good. You can add an extra bed. It ’s especially convenient to have a kitchen. Chinese people are not used to eating. You can go to a nearby Wal-Mart to order something and you can cook by yourself

Check in at 4 pm, early check-in for 25 dollars, Ctrip's so-called garden view room has only a small window, the window is a wall, the room is very dark, change the room for 25 dollars, parking 38 dollars, plus breakfast, a total of 220 dollars a night . Bourbon Street has all gone back and forth 3 kilometers. Breakfast is typical of American style, egg sausages. No extra bed, sofa bed and extra bedding.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff is super friendly, and everything was just perfect. The facilities are top-notch, and the room was incredibly spacious. The highlight for me was the bed – it's the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had. The hotel has plenty of amenities, including a cafe downstairs and a large lobby area. They also provide daily cleaning, which was great. I had no issues during my stay and really enjoyed my time there. If I ever visit New Orleans again, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommend!

The front desk service is very good, but the travel converter cannot be used. The front desk also specially helps arrange for people to buy it and deliver it to the room. The room service was also very fast. They even sent a piece of bread, so I was too lazy to argue.

Very satisfied, the facilities and services are very good.

Lobby was almost as hot as it was outside, restaurant/ bar was located in the same area, sweating while eating just doesn’t work for me. Door to the room stuck so bad had to use your shoulder to open it. The phone in the room didn’t work, the snack selection downstairs consisted of cliff bars and some kind of cookie.. woke up early by talking outside my door, when I got out of bed to go use the bathroom after being woke up I walked through wet carpet and a half flooded room from a water leak. The rest of the morning until I left I got to listen to a shop vac run. Checked out and mentioned the flooding I got a head shake then asked if there was a discount for the flooding. He said he couldn’t do anything because I booked through a third party but would have the manager call me. Still waiting on that call…….. I’m a Hilto owner and it’s ashamed I can book a room cheaper through Trip than I can Hilton

The hotel is located on the edge of No. 12 highway, it is easy to find after getting off the highway, and on the edge is holiday inn express. There are gas stations and McDonald's nearby. But the biggest problem is that the hotel seems to be in the stage of brand handover. It has just changed to a new brand, and management cannot keep up. In the first room arranged for us, I opened the quilt and felt that the sheets were not changed at all, so I asked to change the room, but basically there was no change of sheets. I found a lot of hair on the sheets and pillows, the bed The supplies were very old, and there were a lot of pilling and wire drawing. To be honest, I felt very sick at the time. I wanted to check out and change the hotel. Later, my family felt that the trouble would be gone. Then I found that the bathroom light was not on, so I called the maintenance staff to see that it turned out that there was no light tube inside, so I installed it. The toilet is not easy to use either. The shower head is also leaking and it is not closed tightly. The next morning, I found that the pillow that had fallen between the bed was wet, and only then discovered that the bathroom wall was leaking, and the carpet near the bedside was wet. No wonder there was a smell in the house at night. In short, the stay feels very bad. Although the price is cheap, if I can choose again, I will not hesitate to live on the holiday. I booked the hotel and got confirmation form Trip.com about the successful booking. After a six hours drive with little kids, we arrived at 8.20 pm and got told that the hotel is booked out. Middle of the night we had to find another hotel for 5 people in Baton Rouge. Very poor job by trip.com....they did not even called us. As Elite member, I also shocked about the response from the hotel...nobody called, nobody cared....will not booked here again (either business or private).

This is a very good hotel in a very convenient location with very nice environment and very friendly people. . Although they restaurant has limited food to choose.

The location is good. The room is nice. But the receptionist that checked me in was not at all friendly. She didn’t give me the complimentary water. When I asked another receptionist the next day, she apologized and gave me the water. After I checked out, I saw a charge for the “complimentary” water. That is unprofessional and wrong. If they do not want to give complimentary water, they should just tell me when I was there. Do not charge guest’s credit card without their consent. Disappointed. Do not recommend. Hilton should use this feedback to improve their staffs.
