"Good day, I'm leaving a genuinely neutral review, not because it's convenient for me, but because before checking out, I was ready to leave a negative one. However, the very positive attitude, understanding of the problem, and proactive approach by someone who I believe manages the hotel – I’m not sure – made a positive impression and experience, balancing things out. The negatives were: firstly, no one fulfilled my request for a single bed, even though I booked the room well in advance when they were still available and mentioned it during booking. Furthermore, after booking, I called the reception and asked if it would be possible, and the gentleman PROMISED me he would do it, but he didn't keep his word. When I arrived late at night, I unfortunately got what seemed to be the last room available, as they couldn't switch it anymore. My wife and I ended up in a claustrophobic, cage-like room with beds on opposite sides, impossible to even push together, and a non-functional air conditioning unit, despite it being quite warm. I had to leave the window open overnight, even though I was on the ground floor, meaning anyone could enter. This was a definite downside. However, in the morning, when I was at reception to pay for parking and mentioned these issues, a VERY kind, smiling lady, who I believe manages the hotel, offered to compensate for the inconvenience by waiving the parking fee. She sincerely apologized for the troubles. The bathroom in the room was fine, and breakfast was okay, so no complaints there. Therefore, genuinely appreciating all of this, I can't bring myself to leave a negative review."

"As per previous stays, all was very satisfactory. Great location, convenient for public transport links to all parts of the city and onward travel throughout Poland thanks to proximity to Central railway station and to airport via Srodmiescie railway station which is just across the road. Staff are polite and helpful.Breakfast has many choices and helpings are plentiful. All told the perfect fit for a stay in Warsaw."

"I stayed in September last year and was very satisfied, so I booked a room in May this year as well. This time, I was guided to a room on the third floor, and I was more satisfied because the water pressure was strong (last time, it was actually uncomfortable for a woman with long hair because the water pressure was weak.) Still, the staffd were friendly and the location was excellent."

"This is a really good value option for an airport hotel. Using bolt, I got to and from the airport cheaply and quickly. Check in was swift, friendly and efficient and the room good value. There is a kettle, comfortable bed, good shower and air conditioning/heating. Some slight plane noise but it is right next to the airport and it did not bother me! The foyer sells some snacks and drinks and you can buy breakfast. I used the McDonalds over the road as I am not a fan of breakfast buffets, so cannot comment on that. Wolt also deliver"

"The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals."

"Very beautiful hotel with nice breakfast.The location was the best.In the middle of old and new town where you can use tram-bus easily.The only thing i would like from the receptionists to have a little bit smile when they speak with the customer.Its not very important for our stay but i think that a smiling person gets you in the mood.Only a blonde girl at the check for the breakfast was smiling.If we travel again to Warsaw,we will stay at this hotel"

"Everything was good, clean and tidy. The hotel was very close to the metro, so it was easy and convenient to get around. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I also really liked the toiletries – The Ritual of Karma was a nice touch. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel."

"It's a wonderful hotel that stimulates Chopin's romance. It's a two-block walk from downtown Warsaw and the Palace of Culture and Science, and the National Gallery of Art is right across the street. I've been to Chopin's concert, which is hosted every evening for dozen of years, and Ishii Toshiki's performance was really good at there."
