"We had a top experience. Tian Tian and her family are super kind and welcoming, they really make the guests feel at home. They offer pick-up and drop-off service from and to Huashan North Station, and to and back from Huashan Visitor Center. The hotel itself is vey nice, with an external patio overlooking the mountain river beyond and the cloudy mountains. Our room was clean and cozy. We had all our meals prepared here, and the food was extraordinary delicious and fresh. The structure is located in a pleasant village. If you are going to hike HuaShan, look no further for your accomodation. 100% recommended.

"I brought my kids to Xi'an for a few days during the Mid-Autumn Festival and chose this guesthouse! I'm so happy with it! The location is absolutely perfect for families with children. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City pedestrian street. We could visit historical sites during the day and enjoy the night view in the evening. When we got tired, we could always easily return to the guesthouse to rest, which was so convenient for the little ones. No long commutes, just pure joy when traveling with kids!
The guesthouse breakfast offered authentic local flavors, and after exploring Everbright City at night, there was even a heartwarming late-night snack waiting for us. The service was excellent, and the room was cozy and tidy! The breakfast variety was also incredibly rich!
Staying here truly allowed us to experience the romance of Chang'an during our family trip to Xi'an."

"Room was super clean and daily housekeeping was great! View from the room was so serene, Huashan is right at the doorstep. The homestay couple owner is very hospitable and provided transport to the railway station to and fro. Also brought us to the tourist centre on the day of our hike. They also run the restaurant downstairs which is excellent and value for money - just what you need after a whole day of hiking! A few suggestions to consider: would be good to provide a floor rug to dry the feet when coming out of the shower, and to store a few more rolls of toilet paper for emergencies!"

"Great location, with plenty to see right outside the guesthouse. The host was very accommodating, gave us plenty of water and umbrellas and allowed us to check in early. However, the entry alley is past a bin lorry area that smelt awful when we visited, and the room itself wasn’t very clean, there was an old cigarette butt on the floor, dirt in the bed. I would say still good value as the price was low, but be prepared for some grime."

Breakfast is 10 yuan per person and includes thick purple rice porridge, an egg, unlimited side dishes, and steamed buns. For lunch, they offer biangbiang noodles and various homemade dishes. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable.

"Very nice hotel. Lovely staff - very helpful, loads of advice on where to find the tastiest food in Xi’an. The bath in our room was very big and comfortable. Big bed with very soft sheets. Amazing location - 2 minutes from an entrance to the wall. Loads of great food. Treats, eye mask and ear plugs provided (in the mornings it’s a little noisy outside from the food stalls). The cats are all lovely. The hotel provides some cat food to feed the cats. Highly recommend."

"Due to a tight schedule, I arrived at the hotel past 11 PM. The moment I stepped out of the car and into the lobby, I was enveloped by an artistic ambiance, a sense of an ancient cultural city immediately captivating me. The play of light and shadow was everywhere, and every corner felt like a carefully crafted scene, embedded in the hotel's DNA. A huge shout-out to the two front desk staff members, Xiao Qi (evening shift) and Xiao Fan (day shift), who were incredibly pleasant and thoughtful! Their lively and genuine presence really stood out!
Hotel Highlights:
1. **City Wall View Room**: Waking up in the morning and drawing back the curtains, the ancient city wall, nestled among lush greenery, immediately came into view. It felt so close, almost within reach, constantly reminding me that I was in Chang'an (Xi'an). What's particularly impressive is how the hotel design perfectly preserves the view without sacrificing a peaceful environment; the double-layered soundproof glass doors and windows are a huge plus!
2. **No Main Lighting Design**: The lighting, with no central fixture, makes any spot feel like a stage or a small theater.
3. **Full Bookshelf**: I initially thought it was just for decor, but upon opening and browsing, I found them to be real, tangible books. I recommend enjoying a quiet moment with a book and coffee or breakfast at the foot of the city wall.
4. **Xiaodu Smart Control**: The smart service controlled by Xiaodu is incredibly user-friendly for those who like convenience and allows direct calls to the front desk, ditching the unsightly bedside phones common in traditional hotels.

ShoumiaoWe were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!

Guest UserBest place to enjoy Muslim quarter food. This hotel just upside 24h shop. If we want to eat,night view just go downstairs with lift. We family are 4th floor stay for 2 night. The room large and able to wash our clothes . Recommended. The xian grand mosque just 100+m walking distance. Drum tower walking distance. Easy transport to go to teracotta, the great of Qin teather. The host is nice

ShuriyatiThe hotel ia strategic, near and easy access to all the scenic area. Food is not a problem since the shopping street is surrounding the hotel area. We have a great time staying there. The host has been very helpful and friendly during our entire stay. Laundry services is also available at the hotel and it’s convenient for us. If you are tired from walking at the scenic area, the lower ground shop-lot have lot off massage parlours where you can relax after the hectic day. The owners’ cats are so cute and super friendly and being and additional friends for us 😍

Echo_Z521This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right by the Yongning Gate city wall. It's super convenient to access the wall, find food, and hail taxis. The room was spotless, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, though no shower cap. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard. The Chengtian room had excellent soundproofing; I barely heard any noise. The front desk staff were also incredibly enthusiastic and even offered complimentary drinks. The common areas were clean and odor-free. On a hot day, it's nice to just relax with a coffee there. The facilities are comprehensive, and the price is reasonable, making it suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends. For families traveling with kids, I recommend the loft room (Chengtian); kids will love it! You can even 'climb onto the roof and lift the tiles' (a playful Chinese idiom for having great fun).
The only issues were a slight tripping hazard where the stairs meet the bathroom, and also at the door frames between the bedroom and living room, which could be a bit of a toe-stubber. Just something to be mindful of.

At 12pm exactly I walk inside the hallway, to their receptionist for check in (normal check in was at 2pm actually, I missed that time frame).
I have expected that my room will have no lift, but thank goodness when the receptionist opening the door behind the counter I saw a lift and I asked about it.
He told me that not all room have access to it, and mine specifically is on different building with stairs, and I’m on the fifth floor with balcony 🫣
He kindly asked us whether we want to change our room and he also invite us to show each room available for the lift and for the other building, oh my gosh, I cannot tell you how struggling it was to climb to the fifth floor, we only managed to the 4th one to see the room, and gave up.
We chose room 5003 as it has a large windows with unobstructed view, albeit a bit smaller than what we ordered, but the lift access make it worth it.
And also if you’re on a heavier side like I am and not used to walk a lot, just bare in mind, didi are not allowed on this street, they’re motorcycles you can pay to sent you inside, but the price varies. We also only used the bicycle until their park station and has to walk inside the street another 500m +-
I tried to used taobao but my item kept on failing to deliver 😭 but thank god I can return and refund all of them.
All in all this has taught me a lesson to choose hotel that didi can drive literally up until the front entrance of the hotel. I’m not build to walk a lot 😭 and literally carrying 5kg of rice in my bagpack too along with how many litres of drinks.
But the hotel is nice, they treat us well, and very whenever I WeChat they will make sure to reply promptly.
The cleanliness can be improved, and the amenities are a little bit outdated. There’s foreign hairs from mopping I think, so we just wipe the floors with clean towel again.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious.
The location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s close to the Huashan scenic area, making it perfect if you plan to visit the mountain. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful environment, this accommodation is an excellent choice.
The place feels homely and welcoming. They provide free shuttle services to the Huashan ticket office and the train station, which is very convenient. The common area on the first floor is also very relaxing.
Tip: Call the accommodation in advance to arrange a pick-up from the train station. Didi taxi drivers at the station tried to overcharge me, so the free shuttle is a much better option.
There is also a small strip mall near the Huashan ticket office with more shops and restaurants if you need anything.
