Room , bed, bathroom is really nice , great service , location is perfect , easy to walk to famous places. Also close to tram stop. We are totally love this place.

Location: less than 5 minute walk from main station. Grocery store Conrad city is just downstairs, with food options nearby. Service: gated building, small flight of stairs initially but the main stairwell has a lift available for luggage. Reception is not 24/7 however, so please take note on hours. They also let us place the luggage after checking out for free. The reception also kindly highlighted nearby attractions and food recommendations. Amenities: room is large and spacious, clean, large wardrobe. Toilet clean, heated, with hot water. Kettle available. Room is exactly as pictured.

The homestay in the residential building will not take the initiative to provide daily cleaning. The facilities are old but clean and the location is convenient. There is a Japanese late-night canteen near the homestay. The food is quite delicious and the price is fair.

Very well managed and maintained hotel. Although it is an old building, it is very clean and well furnished. The owner is very kind and he showed us map and restaurants nearby. You got everything you need in the room, disposable slippers, shower gel, bowl etc. They even got drinking water machine in public area for use. The price is also relatively good.

This was the most memorable hotel we stayed at in our total five days in Tuscany. The hotel's restaurant provides delicious dishes, the free bathing SPA room has Turkish steam, sauna and massage pool (the entire place is exclusive by appointment), the unparalleled view of the swimming pool platform and the sunset view all impressed us. The only flaw, and the reason why I didn’t give it full marks, is that the stone road is not very friendly to carrying luggage. It would be perfect if it could be equipped with a special luggage cart.

It directly caused our train to miss it and lost more than 100 euros.

The location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again.

Accurate picture fantastic host really helpful and kind to me. 45 min walk to town, follow the river it’s beautiful. I would definitely recommend;)
