"There is need to improve on the check in times . I ended up not checking in because my flight was delayed and they insisted that checking in time was between 4pm - 7 pm . I ended up booking elsewhere to cater for my flight that was landing around 9 pm ."

"First of all, if you see a strange route on Google Maps, don't believe it. Just get off at the nearest station and you'll be able to walk there in no time. I arrived late, so it was a bit ambiguous whether I should go out or not, but it's not too far from Kölnbahnhof, so I thought it wouldn't be a big problem to go around Cologne. The personal locker for storing luggage in the dormitory room fit my rather large luggage well, and the charging ports for each bed were nice."

"After watching the Dortmund game, I stayed in the single room here. The rest of the lounge is full of fans. Haha, there is a Western breakfast. The location is very good. It is a pedestrian street. It is great."

"The location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the central station. The staff was also nice and friendly, enough support. And there is dryer available, which was nice. But overall, the room and corridor looks really like a prison or hospital, not at all giving the vibe of holiday stay... Luggage storage was available for free! we can store luggage until 11pm on the day of check out. There was no kitchen. There is locker OUTSIDE the room, which is so weird. We need to use our own padlock to lock the locker but most of them were occupied or not working (broken). Even with the padlock, it could be open easily so I did not use the locker. It seemed there is not enough number of lockers available compared to the number of the rooms and beds, at least lockers that are not broken. There is no curtain no privacy, even is a mixed gender room. It really feeled like a jail or something. The bedside light is too bright so that if one of us turn it on, the whole room could be bright enough, which is ridiculous. Also the sound proof was terrible that we can hear people outside singing, screaming and DJ-ing midnight, even with our windows and curtains closed. The sound of closing the door was so loud and the door seemed half broken. Also we could hear people talking in the corridor. The shower and toilet were also outside the room and they smelled so bad. Did not feel clean."

"Alles was perfect! Alleen een klein puntje was we hebben voor 2 nachten geboekt, maar we hebben de handdoeken voor 1x gekregen. Het zou fijn zijn als voor de 2e dag ook schone handdoeken krijgen."

"Also, vieles ganz gut, aber für den Preis aber bisschen ein Witz. 40/Nacht für ein 3qm Zimmer mit Gmeinschaftsdusche außerhalb des Zentrums, dabei jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören (und dadurch halbe Nacht nicht schlafen können weil andere Gäste eine alkoholisierte Nacht hatten, finde ich dann leider mau. Aber sonst ist das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das hat dann fast schon wieder gut gemacht."
