"5/5 stars - Great stay at GemstoneBR Coast Residences! Stayed here from May 21 to 25, 2026 and it was exactly what I needed for a quick Manila getaway. Location & Convenience Super convenient location sa Roxas Blvd, Pasay. 6 min walk lang sa World Trade Center Manila and 8 min sa Star City. Malapit din sa Baywalk kung gusto mo mag-stroll sa gabi. Easy access sa airport din, around 11 min drive lang. Unit & Amenities The unit was clean, fully furnished, and had everything I needed. AC worked great, WiFi was stable for work, and the kitchen was a lifesaver for cooking simple meals. Loved having access to the 4 outdoor pools and the washer/dryer. The place felt safe and well-maintained. Host & Check-in GemstoneBR was responsive and made check-in smooth. Got clear instructions and quick replies whenever I had questions. Value For the price I paid, it was solid value. Quiet enough for rest but still close to everything. Perfect for both leisure and short business trips. Would definitely book again if I’m back in Pasay. Thanks GemstoneBR for a hassle-free stay!"

"Love this place if you are seeking calm, silent surroundings. However, sad to say they don't have an elevator, so you have to use the stairs—and we were on the 4th floor! A bit tiring climbing up, if you have heavy luggage u can ask for assistance from them, but otherwise very nice. The room we have sleepers, TV in chinese 🤔😂, complete toiletries, a clothe rack, no ref, with a cozy sofa. Also near to MOA & airports."

"This is nice condotel,napaka accessible sa lahat, 10mins walk lang sa MOA ,and maayos din ang room and malamig ang AC,nagustuhan ko ung meron silang lutuan at kompleto na din tlga ,, big helps sa mga talagang budgeted,, mabait din ang Owner, , ulit ulitin namin magbook. And malapit din talaga sa airport kaya maaga din ako nakapag flight i loved it! But need to change the sofa na tlga because its old, dpt ung mga kahoy na talaga ung mabibigat para di sirain, so far so good everything.. thank you !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"I booked 2days on this staycation unit. 1st day of my stay here. The host was accomodating,helpful and friendly. The unit was clean,nice with complete amenities.very nice view as well. Highly recommended.10/10. I will definitely book again here. Thank you for the freebies. Well appreciated."

"The host is very approachable and on point. Waiting for the room is a bit of chaos because we had to wait for cleaning and we are checked in at the room that has been assigned to another guest, then they asked us to transfer to another room on another building. The good part is the new room seems better than the room we booked initially. All in all good experience. Will definitely book again."

"This is a perfect “you get what you pay for” type of accommodation if you’re traveling to Manila. I’ve stayed at these condos twice now within the last couple of years and I’ve never had any real problems. The good: The location is excellent. It really can’t get much better. There’s quite a few restaurants right below the building on the first floor and down the road within walking distance. You’re about 5-10 minutes away from terminal 3 of the airport (international terminal). It’s also very easy to get picked up by ride share services because there’s never any traffic on this street. There’s multiple guards around that stroll up and down the sidewalks so there’s a bit more safe and secure feeling. There’s also a 24 hour convenient store below. The not so good: The rooms look a lot bigger online than in person especially the studio units. I also saw a roach in the bathroom during my most recent stay. If you see one roach there’s most likely more within the building. Lastly they’re washing machines in a lot of the units but the last 2 units we stayed in the washing machines weren’t working. If the washing machines aren’t going to work then they might as well take them out because the machines are just taking up space in an already small unit where space is limited. All in all I’ll give this place 4 stars because you get what you pay for when you stay here and that’s getting harder to find these days. Am I being a little generous? Probably, but for their fairly cheap nightly rates and excellent location you really can’t beat it. Especially if you’re on a vacation and just trying to budget a little"

"We arrived at hotel that has long queue on reception lobby hopefully in the future there will be a lot of receptionist. However it made my day when the Receptionist welcome us and Kudos to the amazing staff for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you so much granting my request for the complimentary upgrade to the Panorama Suite with bay view, which made our wedding honeymoon even more special and memorable. I love the most is the staff always greet even at the elevator and especially during breakfast time. Overall I love all the amenities specially our rooms. I Highly appreciate and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family."

"A great location with amazing views. The owner was prompt at responding. It’s smaller than I thought, I booked for 4 people resulting two of my friends who had decided to stay elsewhere. The bed is a bit short for a guy with almost 180cm tall where the bed is positioned from wall to wall. I don’t mind sleeping with my feet reaching over the end of the bed unfortunately I couldn’t do that. I had to sleep diagonally. It didn’t become an issue as I had been sleeping alone. Too many unnecessary decorations in the unit which make it feel smaller. All required items for usage are complete and clean. The use of swimming pool might be best advised during the booking in regards on how to access it. Despite that, it was still a great place to stay and I might stay there again. I recommend it because those shortcomings were just my personal perhaps unique experience, it might be perfectly fine to others."

"It wasn't hard to find the place at all. As soon as you turn the corner, it's right there next to the church. It's also really close to the overpass leading to Terminal 3, so if you're coming from or going to T3, it's very walkable. There are also stores and restaurants nearby, a Watsons, and even some street food stalls at night, though I'm not sure if they're always there, it just looked like a temporary setup. You can swim here until 10 PM, but no food is allowed by the pool. There's also a gym, but I didn't try it, so I'm not sure about the rules there. Check-in was super relaxing, and the security and front desk staff were very kind. The room itself was clean and nice inside, with a TV, WiFi, and a balcony where my cousin and I had breakfast. The only downside was that the doorknob for our bathroom was broken – minus one star for that, haha! Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. :)"
