The room was fine overall, though my only minor complaint was the lack of a window. I was aware of this when I booked, as rooms with windows are Executive Rooms and naturally cost more. My only other suggestion is to add a small night light or an ambient lamp. Currently, when the 'sleep mode' is activated at night, all the lights in the room turn off completely, which makes it incredibly dark and a bit disorienting.

Came here for the weekend, and a relaxing bath was just what I needed! The location is easy to find, and it's convenient for taxis. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The room itself was clean and quite warm. The bathtub was clean, and they even provided bath bags. Most importantly, it was very quiet, so I had a great night's sleep! 😊 Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, there was plenty to eat – the congee, milk, and soy milk were all served hot. I happened to be here when it snowed in Beijing, which made the courtyard decorations even more beautiful. It looked like there were even little kittens playing around! I'll definitely be back next time; it totally washed away a week's worth of fatigue for this hardworking professional!

The room is nearly 50 square meters, very spacious, and designed with a 'vast universe' theme. It also comes with a refrigerator and bunk beds, which is very practical for families traveling with children. The hygiene and environment are good, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The family room provides children's slippers and even complimentary snacks, which my child loved. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and the entertainment activities are abundant, making it worth experiencing multiple times.

This was our second time staying at a guesthouse. After a less-than-ideal first experience, we didn't have high hopes, but this place pleasantly surprised us! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and we were extremely satisfied with the hygiene. It was great that every room had air conditioning. Our older child particularly loved the interior design of the house, and our younger one was completely charmed by the indoor staircase. Plus, it's very conveniently located near the scenic area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

Finally found a fairy hotel with zero worries for taking kids! Royal Plaza Xishan Garden Hotel directly understands parent-child vacation ~ As soon as you enter the lobby, a little sister will give you a doll, and the baby will hold it and refuse to let go! The children's playground is simply a paradise for letting go, with a big slide, role-playing, and staff taking you to do handicrafts. Finally, you can go and play with peace of mind. The service is very attentive, the room is warm and clean, the check-in efficiency is very high, and every staff member you meet in the hotel is warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich, the equipment and facilities are complete, the location is convenient, the travel is convenient, the breakfast is rich, and I will choose here next time I travel.

A Perfect Weekend Getaway with Our Dog Beijing's thunderstorms and rain were perfectly complemented by a cozy villa staycation. The hotel isn't large, but the ambiance is lovely and tranquil. Despite the villas being close together, the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring superb privacy. The interior decor isn't overtly Chinese, Japanese, or Wabi-sabi; it's tastefully done, with no unnecessary furniture or decorations – truly a rare find. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it very hard to get out of! The butler service was impeccable – absolutely perfect in every aspect! Breakfast could be packed to go, and the selection was quite generous. It's a shame the rain prevented us from experiencing the private hot spring in the courtyard. We'll definitely save that for next time! It's pet-friendly, but it's best to communicate with the hotel in advance. What's truly exceptional is its location right within Beijing's Fifth Ring Road, in Haidian! So incredibly convenient!!! We'll definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Having spent considerable time in the vicinity of the International Club, International Building, Japanese Embassy, Associated Press, and Ritan Park, I'm very familiar with this area. The hotel is strategically located just off Chang'an Avenue, at No. 21 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It's situated in the heart of the CBD, adjacent to Chang'an Avenue and the Embassy District. Jianguomen subway station is a mere 7-minute walk away, and iconic landmarks like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are just a few blocks from the hotel. It also offers convenient access to vibrant shopping and entertainment hubs such as Guomao, Wangfujing, and Sanlitun. I myself spent nearly a decade working in the International Building. Upon entering the lobby, its high ceilings and grand, pillarless design create a truly magnificent impression. The suites are thoughtfully laid out and exude an elegant, classic charm. A serene garden with a gentle flowing fountain enhances the overall sophisticated ambiance. Despite opening in 1997, the facilities are comprehensive, and the environment, cleanliness, and service all maintain a first-class standard. The standout feature is the unforgettable butler service; the personalized, one-on-one attention makes you feel right at home. The 24-hour comprehensive butler team provides exceptional service, anticipating and fulfilling every guest's need. Our butlers, Jasmine, Parker, Alex, and Bradley, orchestrated a series of unique experiences, including the St. Regis's classic traditional ritual of champagne sabrage. This spectacular event took place in the gallery of the Danielli Italian Restaurant on the hotel's second floor, where guests collectively raised their glasses, savored exquisite champagne, and celebrated. The sabered champagne cork was then presented as a cherished keepsake. Dylan Zhao and Candie (灿灿) went above and beyond, waiting for our return even after we came back late from a football match at Workers' Stadium. As we opened the door, they were already there, ready to welcome us home with comforting warm honey-lemon water and hot peppermint Earl Grey tea, perfectly prepared for optimal flavor. Their handwritten cards were also a thoughtful touch, now treasured keepsakes. They truly made our St. Regis night wonderful, cozy, and unforgettable. While there's so much more I wish to express, my feelings at this moment are truly beyond words, deeply etched in my heart. This unforgettable St. Regis experience will forever be etched in my memory. I look forward to returning on August 25, 2025. My sincerest thanks once again to The St. Regis Hotel for everything.

This hotel is geared towards families with children, and most guests are here with their kids. The beds in the rooms are a bit high, which isn't safe for small children getting in and out, and there are no carpets. Also, the steps next to the bathtub have several sharp corners that really should have protective corner guards for safety. On top of that, the air conditioning didn't blow any hot air at all, even after running it all night. The room temperature simply wasn't warm enough for bathing a baby. And when I checked out, they didn't immediately inform me about items I'd left in the room – in fact, they didn't tell me at all. I only realized I'd left something after I got home and was looking for it. It seems they only retrieve forgotten items if the guest remembers and contacts them. I really wonder if this is the standard for five-star hotels these days?

AAnonymous UserCame here to play with ice and snow, but the ice park was closed, but the snow park was. Came here with children and the elderly, and booked a suite and standard room in the VIP building. The VIP building is newly renovated, the environment is very good, the lobby is large and grand, but there are relatively few guests, even on weekends. You have to drive to another building to eat and soak in the hot springs, which is a bit far to walk, and the snow park is closer to the dining place. It is worth praising that the staff of the snow park have a good attitude, a good experience, and everyone is very enthusiastic. It is worth complaining about the toilet in the snow park, which is a simple one, cold and unclean. There is only one, and you have to queue. It would be better if the snow park opened a few cafes with better environment. There is a small beverage shop with a very bad environment, which is very crowded. The elderly were sitting inside waiting for us to play with snow, but later they felt uncomfortable and went back to the hotel room. . . It is close to the city, and it takes more than an hour to drive there. . .

Jjeniffer_jiangDuring the National Day holiday, I decided to unwind at this hot spring hotel. I checked in before 12 PM. It didn't seem too crowded, which was nice. The hotel itself is grand and opulent, though it feels a bit dated, it still retains its luxury. The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. One even proactively added me on WeChat, assuring me I could reach out to him for anything. And indeed, he was responsive whenever I needed assistance. Now, for a few things that happened – I'm stating them objectively, without praise or criticism. First, the hotel's Western restaurant was closed, and the Chinese restaurant was rumored to be quite expensive. So, I ordered takeout. An hour later, the delivery driver finally called to say it had arrived. I asked, 'Will you bring it up, or will a robot deliver it?' When I learned I had to go downstairs to the delivery rack myself, I thought, 'Well, that's just how it is.' A few minutes later, in my work clothes, I went downstairs, but there was no delivery rack visible in the hotel lobby. I called the delivery driver again, who told me it was to the right of the main entrance. But it was empty. I called the delivery person again, and he said he'd be there in a few minutes. About eight to ten minutes later, the delivery driver returned, equally clueless, and showed me a picture, saying, 'I delivered it right here, did someone else take it by mistake?' He suggested I ask the hotel to check surveillance footage, but I told him it wasn't the hotel's fault. After much back and forth, he had no good solution, and my attempt to refund the order was rejected. The driver gave me the restaurant's number. When I called them, they initially insisted I contact the hotel, and again, I explained it wasn't the hotel's fault. After some negotiation, they agreed to send another order. When I explained the whole situation to the hotel front desk, they also had no better solution. Luckily, KFC provided a replacement meal; otherwise, it would have been lost. It seems nobody had a solution. When ordering dinner again, I learned my lesson: I told the delivery driver explicitly not to leave until I came down to pick it up. Considering the nearly 1,000 yuan per night for accommodation, one would expect more attentive service. Second, because I prefer a cool room, I set the air conditioning to the lowest temperature and highest fan speed as soon as I entered. But after two hours, it still didn't feel cool. I checked the AC display, and it had only dropped from 27 to 26 degrees Celsius. A housekeeper happened to be on the floor, so I asked her to check if I had set it incorrectly. It wasn't. She very kindly called the customer service supervisor, who also felt there was nothing to be done and suggested, 'How about we bring you a fan?' She explained that since the weather was getting cooler, the hotel's AC was running at a reduced capacity. I said, 'If it's not a setting error, then it's a malfunction.' So, they requested equipment maintenance. The repairman used an infrared gun to test the air outlet, which read 22.4 degrees. Then, he got a ladder and spent half a day repairing something inside the ceiling, saying there was a leak. He assured me it would cool down soon. We then went to the hot springs, eagerly anticipating a cool room upon our return. Perhaps it was after playing in the water, or perhaps the dinner at the Red Dish restaurant was too delicious, but we didn't pay attention to the AC. Housekeeping brought welcome fruit and freshly brewed tremella soup, which was a nice touch. But past 10 PM, I suddenly felt hot. The temperature display still showed 26 degrees. I quickly messaged the front desk attendant on WeChat, then realized he might be off duty. I called the front desk, and they still suggested sending a fan. I firmly refused; it was ridiculous to think I'd need a fan to cool down in a resort hotel. Later, the duty manager personally came up and helped us switch rooms. Can you imagine? Packing up and moving rooms in the middle of the night. It was very frustrating. The third incident happened before dinner. After returning from the hot springs, my daughter said water was everywhere when she was showering. I checked and found the shower drain was clogged. Even after cleaning the hair from the drain cover, the water still wouldn't drain properly. I later called a staff member, who removed the filter layer beneath the drain. When we showered again that night, it was fine. In the new room, the toilet flush button felt like a cheap replacement; sometimes it wouldn't return to its original position automatically, causing the toilet to constantly run. I had to manually adjust it to stop the continuous flow of water. While going up and down the stairs several times, I looked out the window in the stairwell and saw many standalone villas behind the hotel. I don't know if they belong to this hotel, but not a single one had its lights on. Everyone says the economy is declining; even during such a major holiday, the hotel wasn't full, and the lights weren't on permanently. The hotel's hot springs were a bit small. They claimed 20 pools, but they were all tiny, and dividing them into indoor and outdoor made them feel even fewer. It was great entering around 9 PM because there were hardly any people. The hotel breakfast was standard; neither amazing nor bad. The hotel's pet park was alright. We even witnessed a baby alpaca being born, which was quite interesting. There was also a wedding venue on the large lawn. I only saw the lawn before and after a wedding – its splendid beginning and its dilapidated end, much like marriage itself. The above review strives to be objective and emotion-free.

GGuest UserOur stay at Longxi Vienus International Convention Center was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean. We were also treated to a complimentary fruit plate. The kids especially adored the large balcony, which offered expansive views of the pool and lush greenery. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that the kids absolutely loved. We'd like to specifically commend Ms. Gan Jingxuan for her incredibly thoughtful service. We also spent a significant amount of time enjoying the Longxi Hot Spring Water World. The water was pristine, the service was great, and there was an impressive array of hot spring pools to choose from. The children had a blast, especially with the bubble machine experience. Manager Wang Fang also deserves a special shout-out for her exceptionally attentive service. We definitely plan to return!

Every time we visit, she proactively reaches out to understand our needs, and the room is always perfectly prepared before we arrive. Any issues we have, Luna can fix.
