The hotel is close to Delhi airport. It suits the need as a commuter hotel very well. The hotel will arrange hotel transfers to/from the airport for 900rs each way. The hotel has a decent gym and pool area. The room was comfortable (once the ac was repaired by maintainence )which happened promptly upon complaining)).

Booked 2 rooms for overnight stay. Good location close to the airport. Hotel is a bit dated but clean. Staff is helpful and quick to respond . They let me hold my luggage for an evening flight as well which is appreciated. Breakfast was good and hygienic.

Also I thoroughly enjoyed the Holi festival at hotel . Thanks to the hotel management team to organise sush a beautiful festival. Overall my hotel stay was amazing. Conveniently located in Vasant Vihar for excursions to both Delhi and Gurgaon. The staff was courteous. The breakfast menu changes a bit each day. I would especially recommend the spa, it's a great place to stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I contacted the hotel through their spa website and got a quick response, the booking was smooth and they have a full range of ayurvedic treatments. The gym was also uncrowded and had good equipment. The rooms were a bit dated, but good value for money hotel!

Stayed at Andaz Hyatt Delhi and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel has a resort-style atmosphere that feels relaxing despite being in the city near to airport, and the service throughout the stay was consistently good. Security was also reassuring, making the environment feel safe and well-managed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, the sliding full size mirror between bathroom and bed is a plus point. The room is equipped with day and night curtain. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement — the bathroom floor can be quite slippery and would benefit from better anti-slip measures, and the breakfast area tends to get very busy, resulting in queues for tables during peak hours. Overall, still a very enjoyable stay with strong service and comfort. 🙂

rooms and big and spacious and very clean. provided with slippers and good quality shampoo body wash and conditioner. staff were super friendly pool was closed for renovations, gym is decently decked out with equipments. huge downside- we ordered delivery on swiggy/ zomato and could not get it delivered to the counter. porters were also quite slow when we called to bring our luggage down for checkout, took more than 10mins so we ended up just bringing luggage down ourselves as our car was here
