"I recently stayed at the Zand Miranda for a 2-night budget-friendly getaway in Pattaya, and overall, it served its purpose very well. Let's start with the undeniable highlights. The location is absolutely perfect—you are a 2-minute walk from Pattaya Beach, 10 minutes from the excitement of Walking Street, and right next to the Central Festival mall for shopping and dining. You cannot beat this for convenience. The pool area is fantastic: large, clean, and surrounded by plenty of sunbeds. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast had a solid selection to start the day. Now, for the important caveat: manage your expectations for the rooms. The rooms are basic and noticeably more dated and simpler than the polished photos suggest. The furniture is functional but worn, and the decor is quite minimalist. It's clean and has all the essentials (AC, fridge, TV, safe), but don't expect modern luxury or the exact ambiance from the advertising pictures. Think of it as a comfortable, no-frills base. Who this hotel is perfect for: Budget-conscious travelers, groups of friends, and anyone who plans to spend most of their time out exploring Pattaya and just needs a clean place to sleep and a great pool to cool off in. Who might want to look elsewhere: Those seeking a romantic, luxurious, or aesthetically modern room experience. Final Verdict: Great value for money if you prioritize location and facilities over a stylish room. I would stay again for a practical, activity-filled trip. Just book knowing you're getting a simple, functional room and a truly excellent pool and location"

"The room was clean and spacious, with an elegant ambiance. I received two pleasant surprises: 1. A complimentary buffet breakfast, which wasn't included in my original booking. 2. The hotel offers not only a free outdoor pool but also a gym. If I ever return to Pattaya, I would gladly choose to stay here again."

"This hotel is located right in the heart of Pattaya, and I loved that it has a rooftop pool, plus fun facilities like a pool table and a ping-pong room. There's also a laundry room, so you can really just stay in and enjoy everything without missing out on entertainment. The security is great too; there are guards at the entrance, and you need your key card to access your floor in the elevator, which provides excellent safety and privacy. 👍🏻 I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Pattaya!"

"Great location. Very big hotel with multiple wings. Busy time of year I know, but not enough seating, lounges around pool during the day. Could fit many more at 3rd floor pool area. Breakfast was good with many selections. Room I had was old but very clean and fine for me. Room safety box wasn't working, I asked multiple times but it wasn't fixed. Overall very good location to stay with friendly staff. Access to beach, shops, a few bars, restaurants, motorbike hire, baht buses etc all very easy. Good for families with 10 Pin Bowling, Snooker, Play room, Mini Mart inside the hotel."

"Stayed at Mood Hotel Pattaya and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean eventhough quite small for 2 people. modern, and comfortable for a short stay. Location is convenient—easy access to the beach, shops, and public transport. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, a good value option if you’re looking for a simple, hassle-free stay in Pattaya."

"Pro Consider the price this hotel is good. It’s clean & easy. and enough for a short stay. Some more expensive has no parking. This one is lots of parking. Not busy a bit quiet but not scary. Bed is huge as we book king size but got super king size. Room is clean from dust& quite well maintain unlike other with same level. Staff is helpful with big smile. Con. Only minor thing the rain shower I personally hate the system that if you turn of the shower it will automatically switch to rain shower. This frustrated in that some time you only need normal shower to clean your foot after came in from outside and the water goes to your head not foot. And this one you have to turn water lever to high to switch back to normal shower. Opposite building is too close that I don’t like to open the curtain. Not convenience for those who do not have car. I check in very late & check out early so couldn’t talke much about surrounding. The hotel itself was in a soi when I drive in a bit too dark."

"The location is good and the accommodation is reasonable for the price as soon as you step outside, you are greeted with a very beautiful beach view🌊However, the shower water pressure in the bathroom is very weak. There is no mirror outside the bathroom for getting ready, and no hair dryer is provided"

"I booked for 1 night and decided to stay the next night. I went to the reception desk and was told that the only rooms left were the very expensive ones. Got onto booking. Com and got the room I was staying in for a third of the price quoted at reception. Not quite sure what this hotel is thinking. As I was going to cheak out had I not looked at booking. Come. That apart the room was fine, clean and great value for money. The staff were on the whole very nice."

"The Centre Point Prime was a total surprise! We were here in Pattaya for the Wonderfruit music festival, so we needed a place that was quiet and comfortable for our downtime. For a very reasonable price, we got a very comfortable bed, a wave pool and small waterpark on the premises, a great breakfast with a huge variety of options, and free bag storage for the festival. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful despite there being two major events in town (Wonderfruit and SEA games) filling the hotel. They also provided a free shuttle to the Terminal 21 shopping, downtown Pattaya and the beach throughout the day. A great value! I would stay here again."

"It was very well done from the beginning, with many things well thought out........now it seems to be slightly neglected. It urgently needs good management and good employees. The current employees are untrained.... The people at the reception don't know how to speak, they don't know how to react"
