The hotel is in good location. I walked 5 minutes walking to a shopping centre and a bus stop. It was beautiful and a lot of choice, and the cleaning was good. I only disliked my view, I didn't like the design of the room I bought, the Designer room. Apart from him, there was generally a good accommodation.

We had some kind of a bad start but the staff made it good in the end. Arriving at the Pytloun Wellness Hotel came with a bad surprise: the so called Wellness Hotel was more or less just a sauna and a jacuzzi and this was not even included in the anything-but-low-cost-room. One hour would have cost € 50,00! I called the reception and spoke to a very friendly and gentle Katja (?) who offered me one hour of spa for free. As this would have been later that evening I decided to take a bath instead (my room came with a bath tub). Unfortunately, the water was not hot (the fridge was not cold though) which is why I visited the reception and this time spoke to the equally friendly and gentle manager of the hotel, Barbora. She repeated the invitation for a one hour free of charge visit to the spa and offered a change of rooms. My new room was fantastic! I think it fulfilled the characteristics of the superior room I had booked....spacious and with a nice view. Very comfortable bed and -now- super bathroom and cold fridge. The most fantastic experience was the kindness of the manager to mail a small wallet with some pills I had forgotten! This is quite unusual and much appreciated. All in all it was a nice experience and I wish I would come back when the spa has been extended and the expression 'Wellness Hotel' meets the standard.

Sauber and amiable, we were late to check in due to traffic and travel plan change, but when we connected with the concierge it's such a pleasure to check in with lovely fresh bier. The room is well-equipped and considerate, leidlich we don't have much time to explore but the slide by the backyard is sweet. The breakfast is delicious and by check-out we are treated with home-made Brownies, beautiful.

To the positive things: - attractively designed and renovated room - as well lobby and breakfast room, as well as the staircase - breakfast with good quality, the choice could be better - cleanness throughout the house - central location, Many restaurants are reachable after a few minutes walk to the critical points: - Check Inn is not occupied at arrival and no point of how to reach anyone. - Payment of the bill for my 3-day reservation at Check Inn - rooms still with tape floor, although this should not be more standard for hygiene reasons, especially since newly built. - Washing basin and toilet are so close to each other that the upper body is inclusion (planning error) - extremely loading and disrupting the noise of traffic, despite closed windows. Here, every day from 4 a.m. to 23 p.m. occupational traffic and commercial vehicles pass through. Not far from the marketplace with headstone patches and no speed limits. - no reasonable parking! In public and only free night until 7:00 a.m. There is still breakfast for the normal guest. And the offered free parking hotel is about € 120m per day, it emerged as a small building gap with limited turning possibility, shotter and grass. Verily a fairy and inability to solve this better. - due to the disease I had to leave one day earlier, no problem in other hotels, but here you didn't even want to come in from customer's wishes. It was just said the company is paying for it. - Desk in the room without table lighting If, then I recommend only rooms to the backyard. If the positive points were not in this contrast, I would have forgiven a point less

Starting with welcoming, very friendly, polite and helpful reception staff, through the clean and comfortable room to the rich breakfast everything was perfect. I always tend to try different hotels when coming repeatedly to the same place but after a first stay in Zlaty Lev Liberec became an exception and I always book this hotel and will keep on doing it.
