Hotels With Airport pickup service in Central, Ghana

There’s this dark receptionist lady,she frowns and talk straight to her customers. She doesn’t know how to receive customers. I left there to book another place because it feels I am even forcing her or begging her to give me a room. This is not the first time she is doing this to me so I always wish I won’t see her there when I come to book a place.

We attended this venue for lunch on the way from Elmina Castle. Firstly, this was located in a beautiful space right on the beach. However, that's where it stopped. We placed our meal order and it took forever for the food to arrive. When it did it was only one dish. It was another 10 minutes at least before the second plate arrived. We lost track of time before the final set of dishes arrived. One of the party had ordered Jollof Rice. It was another ten minutes after everyone had received their meals before a waitress arrived with fried rice saying that they had run out of Jollof. That in itself was not an issue, the problem was this was not conveyed to us before they arrived with the fried rice. An order is an order and if they were unable to fulfill the order then we should have been notified and given the choice to request an alternative and not have the decision made for us. Secondly, where we were sitting they had table tennis which people were using. I couldn't understand why it was thought to be appropriate to have people smacking a ball in front of people who are eating. I was hit with the ball twice and I was not happy about this especially as the person who had hit me thought it was hilarious. As I was leaving I went to use the toilet which was locked. At this point I thought there was only one toilet. After waiting for a considerable time I rattled the door only for it to be opened and it was evident from the three people standing there that it was being used as a changing room. The toilets were very unpleasant, wet and in need of a good clean, probably not helped by the fact that it was being used by people who had been swimming. It was such a shame as this is a lovely venue and the view is gorgeous. However, staffing is an issue as the wait for food and the bill was just too long. They need to notify guests if a dish is not available and the table tennis needs to be located elsewhere.

the hospitality was great here. It is a quiet place outside Cape Coast. Joseh the owner was of great help. He travelled the world and has a wide view and life experience. He can help with good advice and he has many contacts. Also the other people at the location were very nice ad helpful. Thanks a lot. I am Arnold, who lost his hat in the bus from Accra to Cape Coast and Joseph could arrange tha I got it back. The view over the sea is great. I wanted to stay 3 days but I stayed 6 days. From here it is good to make day trips.

We were the only guests one of the days we were there, so there were limited breakfast options. The dinner food was good and plentiful and the service was excellent. It is distant from the town so there is nowhere to walk from there. Unless you have your own car, you must eat there, but that is not a problem.
