Mosquitos issue, bathroom window is open Aircon noise sometimes was loud at night Everyday experience short blackout two times or more. I found out that this is common at Ranchi. Overall, good experience.

We enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Almost all the staff members are cooperative and helped us in every respect. Room service is excellent. We never received so much bisleri drinking water while staying more than one day in any hotel. We visit regularly in different parts of india. But nowhere so much bisleri drinking water on 1st and 2nd days staying. Food preparation is very good and tasty. So we enjoyed the trip. You have changed my name. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was a breeze. The staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating, and did everything with a smile on their faces. Located in the middle of a bustling market, the property is clean and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was modern and functional. Housekeeping replenishes fruit juices and a few slices of tea cakes every day - a small step a guest will appreciate. The breakfast buffet was also decent - breads, eggs, poori-bhaji, idli-sambar, garlic potatoes among other things on a rotating basis, with parathas if you want them. The dining room service staff were affable and very helpful as well. All in all, i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travel-ling to jamshedpur. Money well spent!

It’s an awesome hotel, very close to railway station, thought they did not arrange pickup from railway station inspite of complementary arrangement. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. The bar and restaurant is good. Breakfast is above average

One of the best hotels in the area, next to Ramada, this hotel room is large, but the facilities are older than the Ramada, the price can be a little cheaper, because there are not many good local hotels, more weekend parties, and occasionally catch the wedding The service staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is still ok, but basically no change, the overall is quite satisfactory!
