The hotel is quite large, located about a 5-minute drive from the Yellow Sea Forest Park. There are plenty of EV charging spots, so no worries about running out of battery. The room was spacious, and the bed was big and comfortable. However, the voice control in the room wasn't very smart, and I'm not sure what the '24-hour butler service' was supposed to be. At night, the room was close to a camp where people would sing until past 9 PM, which was a bit noisy, but it didn't really affect my rest. What needs improvement is the restaurant service. We arrived around 8:30 PM, and there weren't many dining options near the hotel, so we had to go to the buffet. When we asked at the entrance, they said it closed at 9 PM, but once inside, they told us food service ended at 8:30 PM. The experience wasn't great, and the food quality wasn't good either.

Seeing that we have 2 big and 1 small cruise tickets, another baby exceeded 1.2, and also arranged a ferry ticket for us. So sweet. Special thanks to the housekeeper Jiajia. The children were so happy in the pool, children's playground, and surfing area. It was until the evening, hahaha, I didn't have enough to play. I really found a treasure when I stayed here. My experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Yancheng Dafengwan exceeded all expectations! The entire hotel is designed as an elegant New Chinese garden, with pavilions, flowing water, and lush greenery. Every step offers a beautiful, healing view. The room was spacious and spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the balcony overlooked the garden, offering a fantastic view. Staff members Xiao Cai and Xiao Song were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and even offering thoughtful cookies. Breakfast had a rich variety, with authentic local specialties. The heated pool and fitness area were also very well-maintained. Located next to the Dafengwan Scenic Area, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The hotel perfectly blends the essence of Jiangnan gardens, offering a tranquil and quiet escape from the city. The guest rooms are well-equipped, and housekeeping is meticulous, with high-quality toiletries. The dining was delicious, with a good balance of meat and vegetables. The entire staff provided warm and attentive service, always ready to assist. Whether it's for a peaceful escape or a short trip, this is an excellent choice. Full marks!

The environment is great, super close to Holland Flower Sea, within walking distance, and you can see flowers from the window. The family room is also very spacious, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The gym has a lot of equipment, as well as changing rooms and shower rooms, and you can watch TV while running. The only minor drawback is the Chinese restaurant. During the Qingming Festival holiday, they only recommend the buffet for dinner. On our first night, we arrived at the restaurant at 7 PM and saw a roll-up banner advertising Chinese set meals. We wanted to order, but the young lady at the restaurant reception advised against it, saying it would take a long time and urged us to have the buffet. Since the child also wanted to try it, we did. To our surprise, most of the food was cold, and my elderly family member suffered from an upset stomach. Only the noodle station had hot food. On the second night, I wanted to order room service by calling the restaurant, but again, a staff member told me not to, insisting we have the buffet. By this point, I was quite annoyed. The hotel clearly offers various options, so why do they always make excuses and use long waiting times as a reason? This time, I insisted on ordering a set meal, and it was delivered relatively quickly. The food quality was very good and satisfying. Aside from being somewhat dissatisfied with the service at the Chinese restaurant's front desk, all other staff members were very good and courteous. I hope the Chinese restaurant manager provides better training. I believe our next stay will be a pleasant surprise.

We stayed here during the May Day holiday. The hotel is located inside the scenic area, so the shuttle service was very smooth, and check-in was prompt. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, offering complimentary fruit. We had children with us, and the staff were very friendly towards them, which was a big plus. The kids also enjoyed the hotel's activities – everything was great. I do have a few minor suggestions: When checking in with children, it would be helpful to proactively ask if they need kids' toiletries and slippers, rather than waiting for guests to request them. The mosquito repellent in our room was nearly empty, and despite calling twice, it was never delivered. Also, there was no information provided about the hotel's facilities, leaving guests to figure things out on their own.

After booking for two days, pastries, fruits and mini bars are replenished every day, which is a good comment. I specially booked the cherry blossom period. The cherry blossoms in Dayang Bay are in full bloom, which is very beautiful. You can take pictures no matter how you shoot. The scenic area is very large. If you are tired, you can contact the hotel butler to help you transfer back to the hotel. Overall, I feel very satisfied with this trip. Finally, I would like to thank a young lady at the front desk! At that time, I had just checked out and was ready to call a taxi to the high-speed rail station. Because the hotel is in the scenic area, the taxi driver needs to drive in from the east gate. The driver couldn't find the hotel and directly canceled the order and left. The front desk lady was afraid that I would call a taxi late and miss the high-speed rail, so she drove her own car to take us to the high-speed rail station. It was a very considerate service. I will come again in the future!
