1. The welcoming attitude is arrogant and the parking management is chaotic: the rainy night visit, the welcome staff at the door feels very ”screaming”; at the same time, the traffic at the door is piled up, many cars are stranded for a long time, and there is no staff to guide the whole process, resulting in serious traffic jams in the back, and the first impression is very poor.
2. The temperature of the rainy night is low, and the warmth guarantee is seriously missing: the temperature on the day of check-in is extremely low, and the rainy night is particularly wet and cold; the room is hygienic, but the overall facilities are old, and the heating air conditioner is not heated for half an hour. After consultation, I was told that the air conditioner heating is being overhauled. As an important government window in Yancheng and an old high-standard hotel, this low-level problem occurred during the peak passenger flow period on May 1st, which was completely based on the background of state-owned enterprises.
3. The child is sick directly due to the cold: the air conditioner cannot heat, the room temperature is extremely low at night, and the quilt in the room is thin, the child is frozen all night, and the next day has a direct fever and runny nose, which seriously affects travel and the child's health.
4. The supporting design is unreasonable and it is inconvenient to travel on rainy days: all parking lots of the hotel are open-air. It is necessary to walk a long distance from the open-air parking lot to the accommodation area on rainy nights. The staff said that open-air parking is available.
5. The holiday premium is serious, and the service quality is completely mismatched: the price rose sharply during May 1st, but there are obvious shortcomings in many aspects such as welcome service, parking management, hardware facilities, living heating, supporting design, etc. The high price is exchanged for a very poor experience and the price is very low."
