"Overall had a great stay as a couple here for 2N. Location is pretty good with a lot of local attractions nearby like Museum Angkut and Jatim Park. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and lounge with a great view of surrounding mountains and pretty lights at night. One thing can be improved is the amenities provided, we don't even know which one is shampoo or soap, there's no label and both liquid were super watery with bright colors.."

"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!"

"This accommodation is my go to whenever i have a trip to Batu. The staffs are very friendly and helpful all the way from the entrance to the dining. The room is clean, spacious and comfy. The greeneries and the landscape is awesome and relaxing. Being in Batu, the swimming pool's water is also fresh! There are plenty of eateries and even some late night snacks within walking distance. 10/10 will come back again!"

"Strategic location near the transportation museum. Clean rooms, cold air conditioning, good view. There is a sky cafe, you can go squinted while looking at the view of the stone city. It's cool anyway. Ample car parking"

"Location is a bit inside, but very worth it. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a kitchen with utensils. The host is very friendly,,, the view of the mountains is very beautiful from the top floor, without air conditioning but it is more than cold enough 🫣 , the building is beautiful. In the morning, you can see the misty mountains because of the cold weather"

"I really like the room, it's very homey, it's good, the atmosphere is just when I come again, the construction is a bit noisy. The downside is that there is no tissue in the toilet and there are rat pups on the balcony. But it doesn't reduce the comfort of sleeping anyway. The hotel staff is very friendly. "Saya pernah menginap di hotel ini tahun 1997, namun sampai saat ini Sangat terpelihara property hotel nya. Hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya perlu ada koridor dari hotel ke main lobby sehingga tidak basah kalau saat hujan karena tempat makannya berada di main lobby."
