"The glory of this hotel are over. It was probably great hotel on 25 years ago. Unfortunately, no renovations have been done since then. It seems like the hotel owner has not invested in maintaining this hotel. The room condition is very outdated. Furniture is repaired haphazardly, broken glass is taped. The bathroom mat is very dirty and outdated. The bathroom glass is heavily encrusted, the sink lining is badly damaged, the walls, floors and tables are made of marble in a very outdated condition, brown and black in color. Very disgusting breakfast choices are limited. lots of flies in the restaurant"

"Overall satisfactory, I was in room 404, the check in check out process was fast, asked for a balcony and the pepetin bed was ok, the only minus was the WiFi was connected but slow and the TV channels were full of ants and a few, not even 10 channels, and they were local. The important thing is that my child was happy, there was an elevator so I wasn't tired, the breakfast was delicious, especially the rujak seasoned chicken pancake and turmeric and sour. Dinner was a chance to show something like in the forest. It was dark, there was lightning and animal sounds."

Getting to the room is confusing at the start (lift at hidden area, need to go up, walk across the bridge and take another lift to go up again), LG and level 3 is the same. 2 restaurants on site where the food is quite good. Not walkable to anywhere, quite convenient using grab each time though."

"The old hotel was replaced by a theme park hotel concept. Unfortunately I'm not quite ready for that yet. The bathroom where I was staying had a moldy ceiling and some of the wood was peeling slightly. Many statues give the impression of horror. Even though the waiters are friendly, there seems to be a lack of staff for such a large number of hotels and rides, which also affects the cleanliness of the hotel, which should be maximal."
