"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!"

"It's quite interesting, especially since there's a free dinner during New Year... It's just that maybe you need to get an elevator, it's not bad if you have to go back and forth from rooms on the 3rd floor... The place for breakfast should also be updated, because it looks shabby and limited especially if it's used for a place where you've just finished swimming so it's all wet... "Overall had a great stay as a couple here for 2N. Location is pretty good with a lot of local attractions nearby like Museum Angkut and Jatim Park. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and lounge with a great view of surrounding mountains and pretty lights at night. One thing can be improved is the amenities provided, we don't even know which one is shampoo or soap, there's no label and both liquid were super watery with bright colors.."

"I really like the room, it's very homey, it's good, the atmosphere is just when I come again, the construction is a bit noisy. The downside is that there is no tissue in the toilet and there are rat pups on the balcony. But it doesn't reduce the comfort of sleeping anyway. The hotel staff is very friendly. "Location is a bit inside, but very worth it. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a kitchen with utensils. The host is very friendly,,, the view of the mountains is very beautiful from the top floor, without air conditioning but it is more than cold enough 🫣 , the building is beautiful.
