"I used it on my second Blastagi trip. It was located in a scenic location, the food was delicious, and it was crowded with many tourists. One thing that bothered me was that there was no remote control in the room as the air conditioning was throughout the building. I had to cancel due to a sudden change in my plans for the next day, but I would like to use the service again if I have the opportunity. The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah"

"It's located in Jaranguda near the base of Mount Sibayak. For online booking, you go to Kamuna Garden 2 (more uphill). It took a while for the staff to figure out my booking, but finally it went through. I booked the standard room, which was neat and clean but too close to the street. You can expect traffic noise even at night. The hotel is vast with great roof top bar."

"I would said that the hotels' staff is not enough or they are not fully functioned. When we request for some cutleries, they could not provide us. They seem busy but not sure what are the staffs busy about. Then, we get the room at old building. Its dirty, not so favorable. The breakfast is not of many choices too."

"Room is big and clean but outside can be quite noisy during the evening to the night with other staying guests playing outside around the swimming pool area. I like the buffet breakfast which I called it too sumptuous. Better be careful if one is concern about taking care of their waistline."

"The condition of the lobby is perfect and cool, the condition of the location is very good, there is a KFC in the hotel, the receptionist service when I arrived at the hotel was also very good, they can serve guests well, the cafe and breakfast provision are also good BUT there are a few things that I see that need to be improved for the sake of the hotel's reputation including: 1-Used cupboards, tables and interior items such as chairs and damaged wood should not be lined up in a place where customers can see them because this can give the hotel management a negative view of the fireplace. How come the rest are left there without being thrown away. Even if there is something you still want to use, put it in a place where you can't see the guests (store or closed) 2- The swimming pool is nice, the water is blue and the location is very refreshing under the hills, but if possible, 1 person is allocated to clean up the remaining branches from trees that have fallen into the pool so as not to pollute the guests' view of the contents of the pool... For me, it's still okay, but I feel sorry for your Google room. was hit badly because of this. 3- The walls in the hotel, every once in a while the manager comes for an inspection and if it needs to be painted a little, just paint it because the cost of applying paint is not as expensive as the bad rating from the guest... Traces of thumb prints, palm prints are lined up on the walls of the hotel and this is probably not The room service took it off because it wasn't part of its scope of work... So that's all from me for the attention of the hotel management and I pray that you will continue to be successful and compete fiercely with other hotel brands.. "No Wi-Fi. Nearby there is a villa where young people sing karaoke and play the guitar every day, sometimes until 1-2 am, this makes it difficult to sleep. I hope the situation will change. Beautiful view from the second floor (take a room on the second) of the volcano. For a short stay this is a good place."
