Grand Mutiara Hotel ★★★
"A Perfect Stay in the Heart of the City I stayed here for 3 nights and was truly impressed with the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient from check-in onwards. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with modern facilities that all worked perfectly. The bed was super soft, and the room was soundproof, ensuring a great night's sleep after a full day of activities."
Uluna Hotel ★★
"Good and clean"
Mikie Holiday Resort & Hotel ★★★★
"I had a wonderful experience at Mikie Holiday Hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were top-notch and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the staff – incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!"
Villa Luminor ★★★
"I did not stay here but Trip won't let me delete it and keeps asking me to write a review."
Taman Simalem Resort ★★★★
"Resort looks nice and service was good. Room was very run down, the fan was making lots of sound, cobwebs were not cleared and bed was really hard. Not comfortable and would not recommend that resort"
Hotel Sibayak Internasional ★★★★
"The staff is very friendly. The room is spacious. The breakfast is good. The views is nice."
Collection O near Museum Pusaka Karo formerly 3 Berastagi ★★
"The hotel's location is close to the town center. The hotel is large, with very spacious common areas and sofa sections, as well as lounge areas and balconies. Unfortunately, the room facilities are old and the hygiene is poor. There's a strong musty smell in the room."
Pariban Hotel ★★★
"Plan to book Mikie, unfortunately fully booked. Saw this available for family room, super really excellent! Great family room and love the hotel. Just suggestion should have water heater coz the water is too cold🥶"
Sinabung Hills Berastagi ★★★★
"nicer"
