"Excellent! This building houses a hotel, a hostel, and student dorms all together. There's a security guard at the entrance, and you need a key card to enter the hotel at night. There are two kitchens: a larger one for students and a smaller one for guests – don't get them mixed up! The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hostel rooms don't have hair dryers. Laundry and drying each cost 2.5 euros. Breakfast is around 10 euros, and it's a rich buffet with fruits, bread, coffee, eggs, and bacon."

"The room is big, it is no problem for four people to stay in it, and it is very clean. The front desk is very polite. I arrived at the hotel early, so I left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back, my luggage had been put in the room. The location is also very good, right at the pier, and it is very convenient for buses and taxis."

"This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. "The hotel location is just a short walk from Napoli Central train station which makes it very convenient for transferring to Salerno or Sorrento for Amalfi Coast. Very convenient for travelling to Napali International Airport too. it’s can be quite noisy as it’s in a busy area of the city.

"At first we had a room we didn’t like but we asked the receptionist if he can change our room. He did change it and he gave us a better room.

"The hotel is close to the train station, about 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel room is quite large. There is only one quilt cover on the bed, and the quilt is in the cupboard. You can put it on yourself when you need it. The water at the door is basically empty in the afternoon when you return to the hotel for a few days, and the replenishment is not timely enough."

The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the metro/train station and just a few minutes from the bus stop to the city center, which made getting around Naples really easy for us.
Max, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his warm hospitality and quick responses to any questions we had.
The room itself is cleaned daily, which is a nice hotel touch, but the overall vibe feels a bit more like a hostel or Airbnb: cozy and casual rather than super polished.
There were a couple of issues during our stay (sorry Max, we were too shy to mention these in person):
Noise: The room is close to a road, so it can get quite noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise like my friend, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs (she could barely sleep)
Mosquitoes: We had quite a few mosquitoes in the room and ended up killing 1–2 every day. Despite using mosquito spray, both my friend and I got bitten several times. Strangely, we didn’t have this problem anywhere else in Naples.

Everything in general is good, pre-write before settlement, from the street the hotel will be hard to find. Location is good, room in general too. The only minus that at night, could not get into the room, as the administrator after the extension forgot to extend the code of access to the door on the floor, had to wake up the neighbors on the floor (well that there was a door call) at 2 p.m. and at 7am there was already a departure to another city. The apology from the hotel was not even as compensation. Although we could lose on tickets about 200 euros and still sleep on the street if we weren't persistent to get to the room where all the money and documents were lying!

Lisa1995This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

Staying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed.
The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations.
We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended.

Even before check-in, I was contacted with all the instructions for getting into the room (everything was extremely easy) and all my questions were answered.
Finding the hotel was simple; just make sure to read the signs.
The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious. It was a comfortable refuge from the heat, with a rather quiet air conditioner.
Breakfast wasn't included for me, but snacks, juice, and milk were provided, along with tea and coffee. There was also a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle.
The room was cleaned daily.
The windows had mosquito nets and roller blinds.
Be aware that if your windows face the city, it can be quite noisy. I don't have trouble sleeping, so it didn't bother me.
The bathroom also had everything needed: shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The water pressure was good, with both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead. There were no water supply issues.
There's an elevator in the building!
Right across the street is a small grocery store, and there are several others nearby, as well as a few cafes. The location is excellent:
- A few minutes' walk to the historic center.
- About 15-20 minutes' walk to the train station.
- 20 minutes by taxi to the airport.
- 30-40 minutes' walk to the promenade.

The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. It is situated right in the heart of Naples, within walking distance of the port, restaurants, cafés, and many of the city’s main attractions. For travelers who want to explore the historic center or need easy access to the cruise terminal, the location is excellent.
The room itself was very spacious and had a charming, classic Italian style with beautiful high ceilings and large windows. It felt authentic and had a unique atmosphere that made our short stay enjoyable.
However, there were a few downsides. Cleanliness was average, as some areas of the room could have been maintained better.
The service was good overall. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall, this is a good option for a short stay in Naples thanks to its excellent location and spacious, character-filled rooms. However, improvements in cleanliness and especially the air conditioning would make the experience much better.
Rating: 4/5 for location and atmosphere, 3/5 overall comfort.

Aik55jCould have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay!
Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0.
NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures.
The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0.
From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too.
There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too.
I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!

The room was decent for a European hotel, and it was very close to Naples' central train and metro stations, making it convenient for getting to Pompeii or Sorrento. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us sightseeing routes. The breakfast was also good; a €5 breakfast feels like a luxury in Europe. The young lady serving breakfast brought us our coffee, like a family-run hotel. However, please note that the check-in area and the accommodation are next door. We rang the doorbell for a while before someone came downstairs to tell us it was next door. I suggest the owner put up a sign or marker. Naples is definitely worth a visit.
