"The hotel is small, run by some very friendly and helpful guys. Our room was big enough, very basic with a small TV, desk, tiny balcony and shower room. If we were just talking about the room and hotel itself, I would highly recommend it for the price.
The location is great for the train stations. Apart from that the neighborhood is not great. There were *********** stood on the street outside our window and there were human faeces in the street. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but I feel that I should tell people as for some this may ruin their trip."

"It remains one of my favorite hotels in Naples, obviously when the price is right with my expectations.
Central, but not noisy, when I asked for a quiet room, they immediately did their best to change the booked one, for a really quiet internal one. Large, clean room, sheets and towels changed every day, nice and pleasant room.
Plus excellent and abundant breakfast.

"Hotel room is big and clean. I like the accessibility of the location. Close to train stations, bus terminal and many choices of food to choose from.

It was a perfect one-day tour! Breakfast was also very good and the staff were very nice"

"The advantage of the hotel is that the location is particularly good. The entrance is not easy to find, it is in a small courtyard on Chiaja Road. The Zhou Wei visitor area is very safe, and Brandi Pizzeria (the inventor of Margherita pizza) is downstairs. There are good restaurants not far away.
The room is quite decent, the facilities are old, and it's liveable. The quilt has no core but only a blanket (traditional in Italy). People who are not used to it can only consider chain hotels."

"The location is really good, less than 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. But the room is small, there is no refrigerator, and no coffee pot. There is air conditioning. Usually, if there is no coffee pot in the room, you can ask the front desk and they will give you one, but here, they said there is none; and they said there is none in a short answer with a whistle, so it made me feel like I made some ridiculous request. For breakfast, you don't have to pick and choose your own food, but it is delivered through some old man. I think it is a strategy to make you feel self-conscious, but most of it is so tasteless anyway that they don't give anything except croissants. Seriously, I've been to many hotels in many countries, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. Italy itself is an individual country, so I wouldn't come near it, but this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at."

The hotel is specially furnished and each room has a different movie star theme."

This property is in an excellent location - just a few minutes' walk away from the train station (including the Circumvesuviana trains and the metro) and airport bus stop, and with a fairly big supermarket near the start of the street. Our triple room was spacious and the welcome amenities were much appreciated, but the bathroom had a few quirks we had to get used to - the shower was not fully enclosed so it was easy for water to run everywhere, the toilet had a faint odour (as is typical of many of plumbing in older buildings) so the lid is best left shut), and the vanity was very compact. We arrived late in the evening and arranged for a late check in with the super friendly host (at an extra charge) and this worked very well. All in all, we thought this was a good value for money option for spending a day or two exploring this historic city.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely bed and breakfast by the sea in Naples. The hotel is connected to a charming little brunch café next door, which added to the warm, local atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and convenient — the staff kindly allowed us to check in early and also provided a place to store our luggage before the room was ready. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was well arranged from the beginning. The room itself was clean, well-designed, and just the right size for our family of four. It had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful layout and functionality. Breakfast in the morning was delicious — fresh and nicely presented, a great start to the day. We strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples. A comfortable, well-managed stay just steps away from the beach!

GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

I'm impressed by the cleanliness of this hostel, which is way cleaner and prettier than other hostels that I've stayed before. The room even has a private bathroom and surprisingly also a little balcony, very neat and well decorated! I'm also surprised to see there is a shared kitchen (which is also very clean and well managed) which serves breakfast! Truly amazing experience staying here knowing great people across the world!

The B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers. The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite. The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going. The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins. It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well. Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc. I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.
