"The area is an excellent compromise between expensive places and dodgy areas, literally ten minutes walk from the station and half an hour from the center (we always went on foot without problems). Very clean, impeccable, new room with everything you need, I would even say quiet because it overlooked an internal courtyard. The terrace is nice. Quick check in and very quick response on the phone when we arrived.
A special mention for the lady who cleaned the rooms in the morning, because she was kind, gave us lots of advice and her impeccable work was evident.

"The staff were constantly cleaning the rooms and it was spotless! I loved the service here. They provide towels as well. The commute from airport is easy 20 mins walk. Each room had 6 beds. And they split it to men and women which was nice. Lovely amenities. Including hair dryer, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended."

"The B&B is very conveniently located to the train station. It is much closer if you turn left after exiting the platform. The navigation does not show the route, so I had to find it by myself after checking in. If you go out of the hotel, cross the road and walk a short distance to the right, there is a vehicle entrance and exit passage, but pedestrians can also enter and exit. The train station is just a few dozen meters away. This road is relatively clean and there are not many people on the road. After checking out, you can store your luggage for a fee. We paid ten euros, which is cheaper than storing it at the station."

"We found the hotel quickly; everything was described in detail. You can also see signs along the way indicating the hotel is on the second floor.

"Hotel room is very tiny but clean. Bathroom hot shower was good. Breakfast was good and service was excellent, particularly Maria. Quick check in & check out. Liked complimentary mini bar items and safety deposit box was bonus. I wanted to check out 12 noon instead of 11am because my train was delayed for strike and the receptionist (man, didn’t ask his name) confirmed me that it would be possible. However, on the morning after breakfast on the check out day, while reconfirming, the reception told me “NO”, which surprised me. Anyway, it’s not a big deal and they allowed me leave my luggages at hotel store for an hour or so. Except this, everything was good. The elevator is small in size but it accommodates 2 persons with one luggage."

"Facilities: The room was bright with windows that could be opened, which was really comfortable. Other facilities felt a bit dated, and the AC unit made an intermittent rumbling sound. The bathroom was quite small.

GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

ZZhuyuxixiHotel location is good, less than ten minutes walk from the subway station, the room is very quiet, breakfast is eaten at the coffee shop next to it, the variety is not too much, but it is very fresh, the bread is freshly baked, the juice is very good, from the Diego Maradona stadium I want to go to for ten minutes walk, It is only a few minutes away from the Naples Coast Corridor. After dinner, it is a very good choice to go to the beach. If I go to Naples in the future, I will choose here.

GGuest UserThe location is really good, less than 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. But the room is small, there is no refrigerator, and no coffee pot. There is air conditioning. Usually, if there is no coffee pot in the room, you can ask the front desk and they will give you one, but here, they said there is none; and they said there is none in a short answer with a whistle, so it made me feel like I made some ridiculous request. For breakfast, you don't have to pick and choose your own food, but it is delivered through some old man. I think it is a strategy to make you feel self-conscious, but most of it is so tasteless anyway that they don't give anything except croissants. Seriously, I've been to many hotels in many countries, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. Italy itself is an individual country, so I wouldn't come near it, but this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

@@alamarjiThe stuff are polite ,welcoming and nice ,close to central station by walking ,the breakfast buffet is good ,you can have sweets ,juice and coffee unlimited, the negatives are old building, old furniture and bathrooms but still functioning, my room had no close power plugs to the bed and i was in high need to check my phone over the whole night which made me forced to wake up from the bed going to the table where i could attach the phone .
For those who ask about : No built-in safe inside the rooms ,no kittle ,no refrigerator

LLizzi BrownThe B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers.
The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite.
The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going.
The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins.
It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well.
Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc.
I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

GGuest UserIt remains one of my favorite hotels in Naples, obviously when the price is right with my expectations.
Central, but not noisy, when I asked for a quiet room, they immediately did their best to change the booked one, for a really quiet internal one. Large, clean room, sheets and towels changed every day, nice and pleasant room.
Plus excellent and abundant breakfast.

The only thing is that check in is made in a different location than the hotel, but if you send them a mail to the hotel, you will get the address where you have to check in.
