"Hostel is located 5 minutes from Napoli Centrale by foot making it a convenient location to stay. The surrounding neighbourhood is unpleasant but you do not need to walk past it if you are headed for the metro or Centrale. The room is clean and has two showers and two sinks, therefore there is no queue for the toilet at all. You also get your own towel which is great. The bed is comfortable with your own curtain, locker, and charging port. What is missing is a small ledge to put small items such as wallets or spectacles."

"Stay at triple room. The room spacious but lack of amenities. No refrigerator, AC/heater sounds loudly, and the water pipes suddenly sound strange every half an hour even in no use. Liked the shower jet/ bidet at the toilet, thing that you will miss badly as being asian in europe. Breakfast is limited to bread, yogurt, scramble eggs, but breads options are various Whenever we walked at the floor, it will Shake the whole bedroom. I don’t know why, even my kid is just 16kgs weight. You can still hear the sound of cars/ tram inside, but it died Down Around 10. So not a big deal."

"My stay was absolutely fantastic! With the beautiful balcony overview the city area. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the Central train station and everything I needed was nearby. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me over the phone on how to open the front gate and access my room. Although the key took a little effort to turn in the lock, it was no trouble at all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back!"

"Check-in process was a little complicated as I had to check in after 1 pm, when there is no staff present on site. Check-in is done through WhatsApp, where communication was complex and took a while. Location is good, but it is along the side of a busy road, so it gets very noisy, even in the middle of the night. Soundproofing is also poor, so you can clearly hear guests in neighbouring rooms. If you are bringing bulky luggage, be warned, as the path from the train station is very rocky and not paved, so it will be a challenge getting there. The rooms are located up a flight of stairs as well. It is not far from the city centre/touristy areas though, took me 45min walk max, but it will be extremely unpleasant if you walk with luggage. As many other reviewers noted, don't let the name fool you; there is absolutely no breakfast. Other than the lack of soundproofing and inconvenient to walk to the location, the place was fantastic, and I had a comfortable stay!"

Luckily I read from other reviews on Trip that you can do online check-in via WhatsApp, otherwise we probably would've had to wait outside the hotel for quite a while. There were some issues with the first room, but the manager agreed to change it for us. Overall, it was okay"

"Casa D Hotel Napoli was the highlight of our Italy trip. The hotel is close to train station and the famous Spaccanapoli with many easily accessible food options. The room was extremely comfortable, and we throughly enjoyed the chromatheraphy lights in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. However, the gem of the stay must be the staff. Carmen, Alyssa, and Gracia were amazingly friendly and gave us many useful tips and recommendations on where to eat and what to do. 10/10 will stay again if we come back to Naples!"
