"My stay at Hotiday in Naples (Museum) was an excellent experience in every way.
The property is in a truly convenient location, in the heart of the historic district and just steps from the Piazza Cavour metro station, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
The modern and elegant room is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including a comfortable bed and pillows. It was impeccably clean, and the bathroom was perfectly equipped with everything you need.
The breakfast was rich and varied, with both sweet and savory options. Everything was excellent.
A special thank you goes to Mariarca, who was extremely kind and always available. Her hospitality and professionalism made our stay even more pleasant. She was attentive, proactive, and ready to help with any requests, even exceeding expectations.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-kept, comfortable stay with a warm welcome in the heart of Naples.

"The price/performance ratio is very good, only about 400 RMB. It is quiet in the bustle, the breakfast is also good, and the room is clean and tidy. The store service is also very good. "I think this is the best accommodation in Naples! It's a new hotel-hostel, very stylish and beautiful. We even got a welcome drink. The room was cozy with a view. The common areas are really cool, with a gym, billiards, and a cinema. The hotel even has its own app where you can manage and book activities. The staff at the front desk are always helpful and ready to assist. It's conveniently located right next to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. It's also a quick 15-minute taxi ride to the airport. I definitely recommend it!"

"We liked the hotel.
It is located on a very busy street.
If you open the window, it is noisy. We did not open it.
But there are cafes and shops nearby. Breakfast is 10 euros, not 8 euros, as stated in the description on the trip.com website. The breakfast was good.
A little bit of everything: sausages, sliced sausage, cheese, fruit, croissants, eggs, tea, coffee, nuts, Nutella, yogurt, sun-dried tomatoes, etc. There is a small refrigerator in the room, a minibar is included in the price, which was very pleasing!
Friendly staff.
The only thing I didn't like was the hum of the ventilation. Maybe it was only in our room?"

"The location is really good, less than 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. But the room is small, there is no refrigerator, and no coffee pot. There is air conditioning. Usually, if there is no coffee pot in the room, you can ask the front desk and they will give you one, but here, they said there is none; and they said there is none in a short answer with a whistle, so it made me feel like I made some ridiculous request. For breakfast, you don't have to pick and choose your own food, but it is delivered through some old man. I think it is a strategy to make you feel self-conscious, but most of it is so tasteless anyway that they don't give anything except croissants. Seriously, I've been to many hotels in many countries, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. Italy itself is an individual country, so I wouldn't come near it, but this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at."

"I think it is a pretty good hotel if you go to or come to the airport late at night or early in the morning. The room is small and there is no refrigerator, but the staff is kind and will book the car properly if you specify the time. Not a taxi, but a regular passenger car came, so it would probably be a white taxi that is affiliated with the hotel. The price is fixed 25 euros. It was about 10 minutes to ride at 4:30 in the early morning, so I felt a little high, but it was good that there was no worry about being further swallowed (laughs). Also, I couldn't eat breakfast because it was early in the morning, but the staff gave me coffee and juice.
The location is subtle to use as a sightseeing hotel normally. It is about 2 minutes walk from the tram 1 station, but there are few shops around. It takes about 15 minutes by tram from Galibaldi station."

ZZhuyuxixiHotel location is good, less than ten minutes walk from the subway station, the room is very quiet, breakfast is eaten at the coffee shop next to it, the variety is not too much, but it is very fresh, the bread is freshly baked, the juice is very good, from the Diego Maradona stadium I want to go to for ten minutes walk, It is only a few minutes away from the Naples Coast Corridor. After dinner, it is a very good choice to go to the beach. If I go to Naples in the future, I will choose here.

GGuest UserThis property is in an excellent location - just a few minutes' walk away from the train station (including the Circumvesuviana trains and the metro) and airport bus stop, and with a fairly big supermarket near the start of the street. Our triple room was spacious and the welcome amenities were much appreciated, but the bathroom had a few quirks we had to get used to - the shower was not fully enclosed so it was easy for water to run everywhere, the toilet had a faint odour (as is typical of many of plumbing in older buildings) so the lid is best left shut), and the vanity was very compact. We arrived late in the evening and arranged for a late check in with the super friendly host (at an extra charge) and this worked very well. All in all, we thought this was a good value for money option for spending a day or two exploring this historic city.

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
Overall:
Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.

TTravel_with_soo_yanI'm impressed by the cleanliness of this hostel, which is way cleaner and prettier than other hostels that I've stayed before. The room even has a private bathroom and surprisingly also a little balcony, very neat and well decorated!
I'm also surprised to see there is a shared kitchen (which is also very clean and well managed) which serves breakfast! Truly amazing experience staying here knowing great people across the world!

@@alamarjiThe stuff are polite ,welcoming and nice ,close to central station by walking ,the breakfast buffet is good ,you can have sweets ,juice and coffee unlimited, the negatives are old building, old furniture and bathrooms but still functioning, my room had no close power plugs to the bed and i was in high need to check my phone over the whole night which made me forced to wake up from the bed going to the table where i could attach the phone .
For those who ask about : No built-in safe inside the rooms ,no kittle ,no refrigerator

LLizzi BrownThe B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers.
The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite.
The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going.
The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins.
It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well.
Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc.
I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

放放浪旅First of all, it's not a hostel, but a hotel in front of the station, and the price is exceptional. Although it was close to the central station, the cobblestone pavement in Naples was so rough that it felt far away (lol).The room was extremely small. I was actually impressed that such a small hotel existed. For some reason, Google Maps pointed me to the back of the hotel, and I was only able to get there after being guided by a local, so I'd better be careful. There's no elevator, so it might be difficult for people with big luggage. The only amenities are shampoo. Also, while I was sleeping, I was bitten by a strange insect in 8 places (I don't think it was a tick since there were no blood-sucking marks...), and on top of that, I got a lot of bites on my right hand, and my right hand was swollen all over 😂 Even though I didn't even scratch it. Isn't it dangerous that the place where you were bitten becomes swollen?
However, all the employees were kind! The free breakfast was also delicious!
