"It is about8-10 minutes from Naples Central Station. It is not far but the road is not easy to walk. It is very expensive to wheel. The room is in the community, not very easy to find, I called the landlord, but I didn't understand it. There was not much food around, and it was very dark at 7 o'clock, so I went to the old pizza restaurant downstairs to eat. The room has a huge aroma, and it smells a bit dizzy and disgusting. The pillows are not very comfortable and the whole is clean. Negotiated breakfast with the restaurant downstairs, but we didn't eat it early."

"This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy."

"The location is super convenient, right outside the train station. There's a Conad supermarket nearby for groceries.
They have a shared kitchen where you can cook, but the utensils weren't clean. Laundry or drying costs 2.50 per use.
The area felt safe.
The room was clean, but the duvet was a bit thin, and I couldn't figure out how to adjust the water temperature.
Breakfast was just okay; the bacon was too salty, and you only get one cup of coffee.
There were no toothbrushes or disposable slippers in the room.

"The hotel is centrally located and it is so closed to the train and subway station. It is very convenient if you plan to take trains to the outskirts area. It is very safe as a lot of police will be around at night time. My only 2 suggestions are (1) the terrace should be opened for viewing Mount Versuvian. Unfortunately, it is always closed even I asked in the front desk. Second, the breakfast should have some slight change. I stayed there for 4 nights and the breakfast are the same."

"Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else is very satisfactory. Of course, the inconvenience of transportation is exchanged for unbeatable sea views and fascinating rooftop dining scenery.
The hotel rooms are large, with great views, great blackout facilities and good soundproofing.
I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, but I had lunch in the restaurant on the top floor. The sun was shining on me, and I had lunch with the seagulls. I looked at the Castel dell’Ovo nearby and Mount Vesuvius in the distance, and all I could see was the Mediterranean Sea. The food provided by the hotel is also very delicious. The octopus salad I ordered was very satisfying."

"Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed. I had booked a Superior Room, but when I arrived, to my surprise, there was no desk. When I went to reception to ask if it was a Superior Room, they told me yes. But when I asked ”why there wasn't a desk,” they told me that it could ”happen.” And that the Superior XL rooms would have a desk. The whole thing seemed absurd to me. They asked me at 8:30 PM if I wanted to change rooms, but I declined since I was leaving the next day.
I can only say that we need to be more careful and not give such superficial answers."

LLisa1995This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

GGuest UserSince I chose a hotel near the airport, I didn't set high expectations. The view from the rooftop was quite nice, offering a partial panoramic view of Naples. I was a bit tired of looking for food out that night, so I decided to eat at the hotel. The steak I ordered was like rubber bands, so I returned it. The food was absolutely terrible, and I was hungry all night. This hotel is in such a remote location, and the €11 citytl tax is a rip-off. I'm disgusted by all the high fees in Naples.

CChris HeveyI highly recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English. I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it.
