"The invincible sea view room was absolutely amazing! Drawing the curtains revealed the blue sea and sky, and in the evening, we could watch the stunning sunset. "Great hotel for family. There is an owl at the lobby and turtle near the toilet and children amenities. Hotel has a shuttle to american village too. Breakfast variety is wide. I got a room upgrade (corner room) and it was huge and had great views of the sea and American village."

"Hands down, this is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Japan. The only minor drawback is its location near American Village, which can make getting around a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car. However, if you're able to rent a car for independent travel, it's absolutely perfect!
**Pros:**
1. The balcony was incredibly comfortable. In summer, you can sleep with the balcony doors open, letting the refreshing sea breeze in without needing AC. It really brought back such nostalgic childhood memories.
2. The room itself is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need – pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, and even a convenient in-room washer and dryer. A huge plus for families with children!
3. We stayed here for two nights. As we were on a family vacation with our child, we mainly explored American Village and its immediate surroundings. Aeon Mall is just 3.4km away, and there are plenty of fantastic food options nearby, like yakiniku and ramen. I especially recommend the Indian restaurant right next door – it's delicious and really affordable!
4. Our kid was absolutely thrilled, spending an entire morning on the balcony watching fighter jets fly by!"

"This is my second time in Okinawa, and out of all the places I've stayed, this one is the absolute best! The location is fantastic; I actually preferred it not being right in the center of American Village. It's literally a minute from Aeon Mall, a minute from American Village, and there's even a 24-hour gacha shop right next door. The sauna facilities are top-notch, and it's great that guests can use it as many times as they want. If I ever come back to Okinawa, I'm definitely staying here again! 💛 The only minor issue was that after 10 PM, the staff member who helps with parking had gone home. I waited in the car for 20 minutes before calling the lobby to have someone come out and assist me with parking. On the plus side, the two nights of free parking were a great bonus!"

"Located near the sea (no beach) and that's the only good thing about this dated hotel. Consider the ageing room's furniture and toilet without bidet, the price is expensive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel except those who want jogging by the sea and with a view."

"The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the American Village. The surrounding area is very quiet at night, but sometimes someone is practicing fancy locomotives on the small road. It is noisy to close the balcony door and there is no sound. Hotel facilities are normal, but to cook, you have to borrow stoves from the counter. The room has a strange smell and has a small improvement after turning on the air conditioner but still smelly. The wall part has black spots and musty smell. Sometimes there is an unknown small insect crawling on the countertop. Half of the mattress is hard and half is soft. It is difficult to adapt. The isolation of the upper and lower floors of the hotel is very poor. The upper floors are pulled and the lower floors are heard clearly. I hope the hotel can issue a notice to ask passengers who will stay not to wash clothes in the washing machine from 1 am to 3 am. It is really troublesome to sleep normally."

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is superb, right next to American Village and very close to the beach. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided great service. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of options. The only downsides were a slightly strange smell in the room and the fact that rooms facing the road could be noisy due to passing traffic.

Stylist hotel design - the interior of the lobby is very artsy and spacious. The hotel room is nicely furbished with comfy colours and modern designs as well.

Staff are available 24 hours a day.
The bathroom was a little small and there was no chair, which was a bit of an issue.
The area is very humid, so in the summer the dehumidifier quickly fills with water and makes a loud noise when it needs to be replaced. Lol

However, there doesn’t seem to be any public transportation nearby, so it’s more suitable for those traveling by car. The room is spacious and very clean. Having two bathrooms is ideal for group travel. Although there is a dryer, it’s recommended to bring some IKEA-style drying racks or other laundry equipment. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time.

There was initially a miscommunication regarding the amount of people checking-in but was solved by trip.com customer service.
This apartment is not walkable to american town but a short 5min drive away. It is up on a hill.
There are only 7 parking lots available.
Bed is too soft for my liking and there are many bugs around.
But for the price, one cant complain.
Check out is strictly 11am.
Wifi is ok.
Bathroom is good and have washing machine+ dryer

DDolphineChaiThe room was quite spacious, with a double sofa perfect for relaxing. They also offered a simple breakfast in the mornings. The separate bathroom and toilet were really convenient for two people to use simultaneously. There's a small kitchenette in the room, great for cooking instant noodles, and a washing machine and dryer, along with laundry detergent. It was fantastic to be able to wash our clothes at night, so we didn't have to carry dirty laundry around when we checked out. The balcony faced the sea, with a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view and watching the sunset in the evening. Plus, they provided parking, which was super convenient for a self-drive trip! The only minor thing was that the floor felt a bit sticky, but they provided slippers, so it was still okay. We really enjoyed our 3-day, 2-night stay here and would definitely come back if we get the chance.

GGuest UserThe place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours.
The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet.
Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet.
In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

GGuest UserMango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center
once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀
