The room was clean and tidy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room type I booked included a balcony, offering a perfect view of the American Village fireworks at night. The staff were also very welcoming. Guests even get free access to the hot springs. If you're planning an overnight stay in American Village, I highly recommend this hotel – it's truly great value for money."

"I feel like the location is great but somehow the hotel is quite old-fashion style. There's no very impressive thing within the hotel. The free ramen is okay level but it's not that worthy to waste your appetite here. Anyway, it's okay level but I would say it's very likely to find a better hotel in the same level of cost."

"Excellent location, very convenient. The parking lot is a bit small; if there are many cars, it might test your reverse parking skills. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent natural light – the kids absolutely loved it! We had to make up the extra bed ourselves, but instructions were provided and it wasn't difficult, just took a little time. Operating the self-check-in machine was a bit confusing at first (we needed to select the 'foreign guest' option), but fortunately, a staff member was right there and helped us out enthusiastically. All in all, it's a great option for a stay, and we would definitely consider returning."

"I booked this new hotel even though there weren't many reviews since it just opened in April 2026. As expected, the facilities were excellent. The room was spacious enough for four adults. When we arrived, the sofa had already been converted into a bed, which was a nice touch. The separate bathtub and toilet were convenient, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided, from cleansing oil to shaving lotion. There's also a free large public bath on the 18th floor, so you can shower there if you prefer. The 2000 yen fee for the swimming pool felt a bit steep for its size, though. The staff were friendly, and when checking in, they provided an induction-compatible pot, microwave-safe dishes, and disposable cutlery and chopsticks upon request. It's just one block away from American Village, which was an easy walk, and the night view from the balcony was beautiful. You can even get a good view of the fireworks show starting at 8 PM."

"Located near the sea (no beach) and that's the only good thing about this dated hotel. Consider the ageing room's furniture and toilet without bidet, the price is expensive. Additionally and the worst thing is the overnight parking charge of ¥1000 when there's plenty of empty bays at the nearby parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel except those who want jogging by the sea and with a view."

"It is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark."
