"The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. You can walk... If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. Due to our efficient public transport system, we are spoilt. We don't really walk that much, so conserve your energy for exploration and shopping, not walking. 😄 This hotel has staff that speaks excellent English, a refreshing change after a few days in Okinawa. They provide a simple free breakfast and have a separate showroom and WC. The shower room is really tiny. But the overall stay is very comfortable. It's definitely worth a repeat booking."

"The room was very clean and there was a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen, which was great. It's a bit far from the airport, so it's difficult to get there without a car. I'm not good at parking my car, but they cleaned it up for me, which was a big help! The staff were polite and kind. They serve bread and drinks for breakfast. There is no bathtub, but there is a hot spring called Chura-yu in American Village nearby, so if you want to take a bath, I recommend going there! However, I was bothered by the fact that the area around the toilet smelled like sewage."

"Apartment is clean. With kitchenette, fridge, washer, fridge. I love it because cosy and clean. With daily changes of towels. Location very near to American Village with nearby a lot amenities. Carpark Lot of 1,000 Yen u can park throughout your stay here. Super worth it."

"Amazing Dormitory. I would stay here again even if I come as a family next time! it's close to everything easy to travel around! there are planty of space to store our stuff. if you have too much stuff you can rent a locker too it's only 110 yen a day so cheap. the bathroom is great and clean. staff are very helpful. There are a communal room for people who stay in Dormitory only. - Staff also change our Towel and PJ everyday. - Free drink and ice cream - There are TukTuk taxi service to American Village - There are bike for rent to get around town - Staff can speak english very well"

"the manager and boss are very nice and do their best to provide what they can do. The room is clean and have kitchen to cook, can do laundry,just like at home... Walk a few minutes to bus 120 station which is convenient to wherever. Come again for sure."

"Room is clean and have the basic amenities, however the room enclosed pitch black if you didn’t turn on the light as the window is all covered, front desk offer 1000yen for sea view with balcony room, decide not to upgrade as only stay one night and the weather is cloudy so no sunset view."

Their assistance immediately turned my whole trip around for the better! 💫 🏡 A Room Like a Mini-Home The moment I opened the door, I was enveloped in a sense of warmth and coziness; it was spotlessly clean. From the living room sofa, you get a panoramic view of Chatan Bay, where the sky beautifully merges with the ocean. Whether it's sunny or rainy, the healing scenery is always there to accompany you. The two chairs on the balcony make it the perfect little nook for sipping coffee and gazing out at the sea. ☕ 🍳 Well-Equipped Kitchenette & Handy Appliances There's a small kitchen, perfect for preparing simple meals. It's fully equipped with a rice cooker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and a variety of dishes and utensils – truly feeling like a home away from home. The bathroom offers stable hot water and perfect water pressure for a very comfortable shower experience. Plus, there's a washing machine and dryer, so you can keep your clothes fresh daily – incredibly convenient! 💬 In a nutshell: it truly felt like home, and my spirit felt wonderfully nurtured! Highly recommended for independent travelers who appreciate spaciousness and sea views. This isn't a lavish hotel, but it's absolutely an apartment that delivers a perfect blend of 'homely comfort and healing serenity.' Next time I visit Chatan, Okinawa, I'd love to stay here again!"

"The entrance of the hotel is very small, there is no reception hall, only a counter like a guard room, it is easy to miss him. The location is very close to Sunset Beach, just three minutes' walk away! TV is very big! There are double-door refrigerators, microwave ovens, wet and dry separation in the bathroom, and washing machines with separate washing and drying are the factors that I choose here. But the wooden floor is very dirty. Although there is a sweeping robot in the room, it is broken. The counter told us that there is no other robot that can be exchanged for us, because we are staying for an extended stay, so we can't stand it the next day and have to clean it by ourselves 😓 (the hotel does not provide it Free cleaning for continued stay) In addition, the quick-boiler is also broken, and the counter borrowed us the thermos in the hall on the first floor. They seem to be divided into two shifts, and the counter staff also serve as housekeeping. When we checked out, there was no one at the counter, so we had to hand over the key to a male employee of the hotel and inform the Trip customer service staff before leaving."
