"Very good accommodation, good room, very lovely staff!!! Friendly, kind, can speak English fluently. If I come back to this city again, I will definitely come back here again. The room is very good, hot heater, hot water, there is a bathtub to soak in, delicious breakfast. When we went it was winter, the accommodation will have a pick up service to the station area, but when we went there were few people, so they took us to the tourist area as well. And in the evening, they picked us up and returned to the accommodation, including dropping us off so we could catch a bus to go to another city."

"Overall good experience. Had no problems finding the place when driving in the snow, staff was able to help with finding a parking spot when all spots were full. Staff was friendly and there are rentals which I didn't realize till we arrived. Onsen area was clean and sufficient. Decent vending machine selection. Breakfast left some to be desired unfortunately. "

"During the skiing trip in Hakuba, although I didn't drive myself and the transportation was a little inconvenient (the shuttle bus with fewer flights sometimes couldn't fully meet the needs), the hotel's front desk service made me feel extremely warm and thoughtful. I was unfamiliar with the local environment and did not have a car. In addition, I had to send my luggage back to the airport, so I encountered many challenges during the process. First of all, I would like to express my special thanks to an older male waiter who was kind and polite. He helped me with the delivery service. The process was very careful and made me feel at ease. Secondly, thanks to a short, slightly fat but smiling male waiter. After learning that I had been waiting in the lobby for two hours because the shuttle bus did not arrive on time, he tried his best to help me call a taxi to the ski resort. Although he was unsuccessful in the end, he understood my persistence and was always willing to help. When I got back to the hotel, as time was tight, he took the initiative to ask his supervisor and quickly helped arrange a hotel car to take me to the station so that I could catch the bus and JR train to Tokyo. At the same time, he also helped me pick up my stored luggage and assisted in moving it. He was more anxious than I was throughout the whole process, which deeply touched me. I am deeply sorry that I was unable to express my gratitude or give a tip in person as I was in a hurry at the time. Also, I would like to commend a young waitress. Although she was inexperienced, she was still careful and responsible, and tried her best to solve my problem, which made me feel her dedication and professionalism. During this trip, the sincerity and enthusiasm of these service staff provided me with great help. Even when faced with emergencies, they always put themselves in the guests' shoes and demonstrated an excellent service attitude. Next time I visit Hakuba, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again because their service makes me feel at home. Thanks again! "A very good family hotel (feels like it's run by a family), the room is clean, tidy and warm, the staff is very enthusiastic and patient, the breakfast and dinner are delicious, dinner is booked extra, 2800 yen per person, the whole French set meal, very pleasantly surprised, although the room does not have a toilet but it does not feel inconvenient, the shower room has a circulating hot water bathtub. You can feel the owner's care, recommended"

"The facilities were what stood out at this hotel, from the complimentary red bean soup and crackers post-ski, to the beautiful public and private onsen with free ice pop and coffee milk, to the ping-pong table that our boys enjoyed in the evening. We booked the evening meals package with Ctrip which made it very convenient to have dinner in the hotel. The food was delicious although there was too much of it and it took 90mn to complete the course. I wish there was a casual Japanese restaurant onsite. The two bedroom junior suite gave a lot of extra space and privacy 👍🏻. What we found strange was that our room was ready by 1:30pm and our luggages were in but we weren’t allowed in until 3pm. Please make a conscious effort not to loose the hotel key card as they charge ¥3,000 for a lost keycard. That last note put a dim on our otherwise great stay."

"I was only able to book a room without a bath or toilet, but the women's toilet was new and very clean and comfortable. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you again!"

"A wonderful stay here. Refreshed and modern. We had the family room with two futons which was pretty spacious. The only downside was that the basin was located inside the bathroom, making it inconvenient for others to use it. The location was brilliant as it was only walking distance to Echoland with plenty of dining options. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good range though if some of the dishes could be different each day that would be even better. One thing to note that is that the car park is unsheltered. We stayed for the ski season in January and on one night there was heavy snow, so the next morning we had to spend some time shovelling the snow around our car before we could drive it out. I suspect this is pretty typical in Hakuba though. Overall we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this for a family ski trip."

If you also want to go shopping, the transportation is not very convenient, but the hotel has a free shuttle bus, but you have to make an appointment in advance. There is breakfast in the morning and a buffet sukiyaki in the evening. I travel alone and I am at the ski resort every day, so it is very convenient for me. I can go back to the hotel to rest and lie down when I am tired at noon, and continue in the afternoon and evening~ The hotel can buy the most favorable tickets for the ski resort every day. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the place where you can rent ski equipment. There are discounts for renting ski equipment when you stay in the hotel! ! To be honest, it is really convenient. If you don’t like trouble, just close your eyes and check in! The service of the hotel staff is very good, and the above is only my personal opinion."

"The owner of the accommodation provided good service. The room was not very spacious but it was warm. There was a private bathroom and an onsen that opened and closed according to the time, so I didn't use it. The accommodation provided bicycles for rent. There was a convenience store nearby and free parking."
