"Very good accommodation, good room, very lovely staff!!! Friendly, kind, can speak English fluently. If I come back to this city again, I will definitely come back here again. The room is very good, hot heater, hot water, there is a bathtub to soak in, delicious breakfast. When we went it was winter, the accommodation will have a pick up service to the station area, but when we went there were few people, so they took us to the tourist area as well. And in the evening, they picked us up and returned to the accommodation, including dropping us off so we could catch a bus to go to another city."

"An older-style hotel, but very clean. It has separate onsens for men and women. Breakfast is served as individual sets. The hotel also has a dinner restaurant, which is convenient because going out to eat without a car isn't easy. The futon-style bedding was comfortable and warm. The bathroom was a bit small. It snowed while I was there, and it was beautiful because the hotel is located in the mountains."

"The hotel is about 6-10 min walk to Sakka Lift. Not much food around for snacks or lunch. Breakfast is good. There’s shuttle bus running early morning and after 3pm."

"Family hotel, the hotel is very simple, the transportation is very convenient, the room is cold and hot, and it is impossible to take a shower. But the hotel's own hot spring is great and the breakfast is delicious. The boss is family-friendly. But the 1600 New Year's Eve can't be said to be cost-effective"

"Lovely hotel in the middle of Hakuba. Location is a little secluded and without a car, it takes some effort to get to the city or around. We were happy to stay and chill at the hotel though. Opted for half board (Dinner provided) Super convenient with the ski rental on site, and shuttle buses to ski resorts provided. Onsen: newly refurbished and amazing! Breakfast and Dinner : was pleasantly surprised by the dinner provided it was a 6 course dinner Jap-French inspired. Had lovely meals every evening. In house ski rental : it’s good that there is one onsite. However the service was less than desirable. Rented a snowboard and requested for regular stance, the young guy provided a goofy stance set up. I only noticed the next day, after bringing it back - and the same young guy was not at the shop. Approached the concierge where the staff then very impatient and frustratingly fixed it for me.. Transport to the ski resort: asked the staff to help book us a taxi to get to Nagano station when we were leaving the next day. Their taxi company was full so they said they couldn’t do anything. We then asked for alternatives, the concierge suggested a shuttle bus to Nagano station, but shortly after said it was not possible as the hotel shuttle didn’t start that early. The staff just seemed abit unwilling to help, and also unclear about how guests leave the hotel. To future travellers; Prepare beforehand - book a taxi / bus in advance and don’t expect the hotel to help"

"I was very impressed!!! The hotel is great, the staff are great and very kind. The location is also good, although it's a bit far from the station, but there's a shuttle service from the hotel. You can ask the staff to pick you up or drop you off. The hotel is beautiful and right next to the Hakuba Goryo Iimori ski resort, just 10 steps away! 😂😂😂 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍"

"It was a very comfortable stay. The room was especially clean, the staff were attentive, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It was only a one-night stay, but it was a great experience, especially when combined with the various experiences I had in Hakuba. The only thing I noticed was that the shower water made a big mess on the bathroom floor, even though it was a twin room. If I have the chance to return, I'd like to have dinner there as well."

"Ideal location. The rooms in the main building have bathrooms. The rooms are large. The view outside the window is beautiful. There is wifi. Parking is convenient. However, the drying room does not have much drying effect. The room has heating. The hotel is actually very good in all aspects. High cost performance. You can choose to add some small purse breakfast. Because I went skiing early in the morning, I had to add it. It is a Japanese breakfast. Don't expect too much in style."

There is no good brunch nearby, Fortunately, the hotel provides a simple breakfast. There is a big restaurant 2 minutes away by foot, It is only open at night, and it is a good Japanese restaurant. Features hot stone facilities. The bathroom in the room is relatively simple, and the public bathing place has to go to the annex a few buildings away. quiet and simple community "
