⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at The Mansion Boutique Hotel I had a wonderful stay at The Mansion Boutique Hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to relax. What really stood out was the warm hospitality of the staff—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their excellent service made the experience even more enjoyable. The amenities were also great. The open spaces, pool, and family-friendly facilities created a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay memorable. The breakfast was good and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. Overall, it was a great value for money, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Clark. I would happily stay here again on my next trip.

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience at Gelly Bean Home Stay at Azure Residences in Pampanga during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that provided us with the relaxation we were seeking. The amenities were top-notch, and we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. It was well-decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with our queries and needs. She made sure that our stay was enjoyable and special. We also loved the cozy common areas which were perfect for lounging and enjoying each other's company. One of the highlights of our stay was simply unwinding by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The property is beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect backdrop for some memorable photos. Furthermore, the location is great for exploring Pampanga, with several local attractions and restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay at Gelly Bean Home Stay was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

My three-day stay at the Clark Hilton was excellent overall, with the facilities and service particularly standing out. Regarding the amenities, the hotel's swimming pool is quite spacious, and lifeguards are always on duty, which significantly enhances the safety and peace of mind for water activities. Although I didn't actually use the gym this trip, the staff proactively and kindly provided information about it. Similarly, even though I didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, the overall environment and ambiance still left a very good impression. In terms of service quality, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, which made me feel quite relaxed. Back in the room, the only minor drawback was that the water pressure for showering was a bit low. However, fortunately, the hot water temperature was perfectly adequate, so it didn't really affect the overall showering experience. In summary, my three-day stay was satisfying, with both the service and facilities performing excellently.

Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

Clark Marriott Hotel surprisingly exceeded my expectations! The staffs were absolutely amazing and gave us 2 day free lounge access during our stay. The spa facilities were my favorite from the sauna, cold ice dispenser to cool down our face using a face cloth, jacuzzi and heated chairs! The outdoor pool is also nice and there's a bar for you to order drinks and food. The hotel is situated next to the casino and you can access it directly as its joined. There are also local Pampangan restaurants nearby which is only a walking distance away!

My stay at Pacific Breeze was good but the facility is starting to show it's age. To get hot water (actually never hot) to my shower I had to run the water for approximately 10 minutes before the ”warm water” arrived. The water pressure was very poor which exasperated the whole shower experience. I did like my room and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. I chose to use the hotel for my laundry service, and it was quite expensive, but I could have used an outside service so that is on me. I will say on a very positive note that the staff was exceptional and professional. Another issue, but not of a serious nature, was the fact that the hotel provided an appliance to heat water, and a cup for making coffee but did not provide any coffee or tea bags in the room. These items are provided at most hotels as a complementary item for it's guest's and there was none provided. I would believe the cost of these items would be minimal, so it was somewhat disappointing. I would probably not stay at this hotel again.

The location is absolutely perfect. The water facilities and Wi-Fi were also good. The front desk service and cleanliness were satisfactory. They are very strict about not allowing unregistered guests without ID. Be aware that the old building is four stories tall but has no elevator. The TV in the room is a smart TV, so you can watch YouTube.

great place with nice bed, will definitely come back, accessible

My family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball. The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great. The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.

There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit. The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles. The combination of accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and easy access to transportation made the stay worthwhile.
