"We had a pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Our room on the 5th floor was comfortable, well-arranged, and provided a relaxing space after a long day. The elevator was efficient and made getting around the building very convenient. The breakfast was decent, although there is some room for improvement. I would not recommend ordering the bangus, as it did not match the photo shown and was noticeably small in portion. My partner was quite disappointed with that choice. On the bright side, I ordered the American breakfast and found it much more satisfying, both in taste and portion size. One area that could use attention is cleanliness, particularly with the bedding. I have allergy rhinitis, and I noticed that my symptoms were slightly triggered while under the blanket, which suggests that a more thorough cleaning process might be beneficial. What truly stood out during our stay was the staff. The reception team was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. They greeted us with genuine smiles every time we passed by, which made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, we genuinely loved our stay."
