"The Location is good and we love the view, very stunning. Amenities are superb as well. However, when we arrived to our room, we saw cockroaches in the room. I am afraid of the cockroaches and it made me uncomfortable to stay in our room. They need time check the room first before letting the guests in."

"I stayed here for 3 nights with my child and chose a beachfront room. Overall, it was a good experience — easy access to the beach, spacious room, and fast internet. Breakfast is not included, so you have to pay extra. I came by public transportation: you can take a jeepney to the main road and walk in, or take a tricycle from the city for about 250 pesos. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was security on-site One downside is that there aren’t many restaurants nearby, so dining options are a bit limited. ."

"I have stayed previously hereon a few occasions, finding it convenient. It is in a good location close to restaurants and bars money changer. I believe it's good value for money despite limited amenities. Staff are friendly. Direct access to Sparrows Cafe is good where locals & foreigners eat."

"Our stay at Court Meridian was pleasant even for an overnight stay.. Staff are helpful and beautiful courteous. We were able to upgrade two rooms since there were available rooms with veranda( though sold out according to Trip). Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Overall it was worth the price"

"The kid's play area was under maintenance when we visited, yet it it one of the reasons why i have booked this place. Kitchen staff were not very helpful specifically when we were ordering fod while waiting to check in. Receptions were very helpful and friendly"

"I hope our stay is ok but it's just a hassle because the other amenities listed on trip.com are not in the actual one like an electric kettle since we have an infant who cries every time we need to heat water and there is no e-kettle so we still need to go to the reception to ask for a hot water. We were charged for complementary bottled water because trip.com included it as indicated but in actuality we paid.. we told the receptionist but still he is not the owner so no choice..."

The moment I arrived at Samba Blue, I could tell this wasn’t just another commercial beachfront resort. It had a laid-back, local island vibe that immediately made me feel at ease. The entrance was welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the staff made me feel like a valued guest from the start. I stayed in one of their rooms and it offered a good balance of comfort and nature. The space was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had the essentials I needed for a relaxing beach getaway. If you're someone who enjoys a more ”back-to-basics” island experience, you’ll probably love the rustic charm. The beach area is the real highlight. The shoreline was clean, and there were enough shaded areas and cabanas to relax in. I loved that the resort maintained a peaceful, non-crowded vibe, even though there were several other guests staying at the same time. The pool area and sun deck were well-maintained, and I enjoyed the acoustic night setup they had on the weekend — it was a perfect way to end the day with some live music under the stars. They also offer water activities like jet skiing and banana boat rides, which add excitement if you’re in the mood for adventure."

"The room house itself is aesthetic. The room is spacious and clean. The owner is very accomodating. Even though she's busy, she finds time to answer my questions and our queries. My mother asks her if she can decorate the dining area for my birthday and I loved it. The only downside was that there's no hot shower."
