"The hotel's location is reasonably convenient, with a supermarket nearby, though dining options are limited. The room was clean, and there's a water dispenser in the lobby. However, it would be much more convenient if there was one on each floor. The staff provided excellent service; they had our room ready, allowing us to check in a little earlier."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed. The bar deserves a special mention: they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas. Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"I stayed at their house for three days in Lisbon. When I arrived on the first day, the map showed that it was less than 10 minutes away from the subway, but I didn't expect it to be where the glory elevator was. You can imagine what it feels like to drag a suitcase on such a slope, it's really breathless. The location is very good, there are restaurants and shops within a few minutes of walking, and there is a supermarket with very good business not far away; Rossio Railway Station is also nearby, which is very convenient to go to Sintra; except that the Belem Tower is a bit far, other major attractions can be reached on foot. There is no toilet in the single room, and only one room card is given. It is very troublesome to unplug and plug it every time you go to the toilet. I am most worried that if I forget to unplug it, I will not be able to enter the room, so I can only write a piece of paper at the door to remind myself to unplug the card."

"I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try."

"Rating: 5/5 A wonderful hotel in one of Lisbon's best neighborhoods — Príncipe Real. The rooms are small, but clean, modern, and very quiet. Excellent soundproofing and a comfortable bed guarantee a good night's rest after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy, but it's filling and tasty. I especially want to mention the staff: friendly, always ready to help with routes or call a taxi. The location is convenient — a 10-minute walk to the metro and main attractions. The price-to-quality ratio for central Lisbon is excellent. I'll be back again!"

"The owner was very kind and it was a comfortable trip! There are a lot of Pakistanis outside the hotel, so if you are worried about noise at night, you may want to be careful."

"I chose a room with a balcony. While not huge, the layout was compact and felt very cozy. It had basic kitchenware and a washing machine, which was very convenient for a longer stay. However, the room wasn't cleaned daily; only trash bags and towels were changed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a balcony for morning stretches and breakfast was delightful. Of course, the location is excellent, right by a subway entrance and within walking distance to Freedom Square. Perfect!"

"I had such a great stay at Luster Hotel. Everything from the room service to the breakfast was honestly wonderful. The room was really comfortable, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. I also loved the swimming pools and the spa both were super clean and relaxing. Overall, it was just a really enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely stay here again."

"The rooms and bathrooms are quite new, clean, and bright. The lobby is very comfortable and has a water dispenser, plus you can store your luggage for free. The location is in a bustling area, very lively at night with many pizza places, burger joints, and bars. There are also many shops near the hostel, including several famous trendy brands, making the location very convenient. The downsides are that there's absolutely no place to hang clothes in the room, and the storage space under the bed is inconveniently designed and hard to use. The bathroom also lacks any storage. Overall, I still highly recommend it. They provide towels and shower gel, and hairdryers can be rented at the front desk. You can't eat outside food in the lobby, but you can eat in your room (no alcohol)."
