"Our room was a top-floor suite. One bedroom had two beds, and the living room had a double sofa bed. The bathroom was equipped with towels and a 3-in-1 body wash, shampoo, and hand soap. There was a hairdryer, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The entire suite felt very new and clean, probably recently renovated. There's a small balcony where you can enjoy drinks and conversation with friends, and the view is quite nice. The hotel offers a self-service breakfast for an additional fee, and the food was good and hot. It's a basic Western breakfast with a sufficient variety of dishes. The staff were all very friendly. The location is also quite close to the city center, but without the noise of being right in the middle of it. It's about a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the city center, with many restaurants along the way. Getting to the hotel from the airport by metro, transferring to the red line and then the green line, was actually very convenient. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the metro station."

"There are super cute employees at the front desk who are very enthusiastic. They will introduce to me the functions of each room and show me how to use each door card to ensure that the performance of the card is intact."

"I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try."

"Very small toilet and noisy front door! The guest rooms in the hotel is newly renovated. Maybe due to some designing issues, the toilet is very small. The toilet bowl is narrowly surrounded by the sink and wall. I’m not a big size person, but I cannot fully sit on the toilet bowl because the space between the sink and the wall is small. The front door of the room produces a big bang when closing. The hotel does suggest guests to tap the door card to retract the lock tongue before closing the door. But nobody does so and you keep hearing bangs from neighbours. My room has the smell of cigarette smoke from 9 p.m. every night. I couldn’t figure out where it comes from."

"雖然到店時已經沒有前台營業，還因為要到店付款房費產生了一些誤會（預訂時衹是填寫銀行卡訊息，到店後需實際付款，否則會取消預訂。得知此消息時我正在機場換乘，有點手忙腳亂，希望他們下次可以早點提醒這一重要消息），他們沒有夜晚人工服務這一點也需要提醒想訂這個房的人，避免不必要的意外。 但酒店位置特別好，大床房舒適有陽台，私人浴室方便，有共用廚房，餐具茶壺什麼的一應俱全。就是機械電梯需要手動停止，有點恐怖，衹坐了一次就不敢坐了。附近交通方便，餐廳很多，總體非常適合來這裏玩居住。"

"The hotel was in a great location very near a Metro station and very central. There were lots of good restaurants near by, which were very reasonable priced. The reception staff were lacking and in need of much better training. They are the face of the hotel and if they are not happy smiling and attentive it leaves a very bad impression with customers. We found them to be very unapproachable and not forthcoming in their assistance. No smile, no cheer, no willingness to assist. In complete contrast Ruben who looks after the breakfast room was caring, happy, attentive and went out of his way and did whatever necessary to make your breakfast as joyful and perfect as possible. The rooms were clean and spacious although we did have an issue with a green flashing light in the room. I called down to reception and they told me how to resolve this. In general I would recommend the hotel but management need to resolve reception staff issues for it to be a great hotel."

"The space is excellent. The cleanliness is above average, and the amenities are great. I had trouble checking in and getting the access code, which took me about two hours. Sônia helped me, and then Carmen assisted me via WhatsApp afterward. I'm very grateful to both of them; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to get in. Please check the external keypad for block D, as some keys are faulty and need maintenance."

"Location was really good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our view unfortunately was of a large building undergoing building work, however the room was clean and had a coffee machine and water machine and mini fridge. The bathroom was slightly tight, but lovey shower"
