"We chose this hotel based on reviews and weren't disappointed. The Trip.com app came in very handy, as room rates were higher at the reception desk. I suggested booking through the app, and everything was processed instantly. The hotel's location is very convenient, and it has its own parking. There's a large shopping mall nearby with branded stores and a food court. Highly recommend."

"5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax."

"We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. "Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min. Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel. Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen."

I completed the reservation with the spa option when booking the hotel, but they said that the hotel was also authorized and not served for the entry, but they had already made the information. I would ask to continue using the open pool without problems but the pool was in the incredible piste to be held with a lot of dead bees and mosquitoes. I would ask for more sensitive treatment."

"Excellent stay at Tugcu Hotel Select! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect! within walking distance to Kent Meydanı, tram and metro stations, making it very easy to explore Bursa. It is also close to the famous İskender Kebap restaurants, which was a big plus for us. Great value for money, convenient transportation, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bursa!"

"Hotel and very clean rooms. Large and quiet rooms, very comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom. Very recommendable. Very good reception also. You can park the car next to the hotel. If you are going on the car is very good option. If you're going to move walking the location is not so good, it is 5 min from the center of the car but there are many costs"
