These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and may activate light.The pool is not heated. The pool is not meant for diving. Downstairs doors opens to the pool area can be locked preventing children out to the pool area. Pool toys and inflatables to be used at your own risk.Our pool cleaner typically comes on Wednesday afternoon and will be entering pool area. Our landscaper and grove keeper comes Sunday morning and will be performing maintenance duties around the property.The property utilizes two Smart Thermostats to control air conditioning and heating. The temperature may change automatically by our energy provider based on outside temperature and time of day for energy saving. In order to protect cooling and heating equipment, the thermostats may be programmed with a temperature range.The pond located at entry gate belongs to our neighbor and is off limits.
