"Everything was fine accept one big thing. Me and my wife were after all day of travel and were dreaming of shower but there was no water. We asked stuff about it and then a man came to our room. Did something in the bathroom. It didnt work. He said he will be back in a moment and never show up again. We didnt get any information nor a water. Next day we asked to get a shower in diffrent room and they have is a Key so we washed up but spend a night dirty."

"Located next to the Mekong River, with Thailand just across the river, it really made me think of home. The location is not far from Big C and 7-Eleven, as well as some delicious bakeries. "This is a great hotel for the price and location. The staff are very friendly and helpful and answers any questions you have. The room is small but clean, and comes with 2 free water, a fridge depending what type of room you booked. The bathroom has liquid soap, and towels are clean. The fan and AC works well. Bathroom is also small but plenty of hot water. The have free complimentary breakfast ( coffee, toast with jam or congee). Or you can pay $4 for a full breakfast. Their restaurant serves lunch and dinner fort cheap price. They also have laundry service on site. And you can buy bus or train tickets from them as well. We stayed a very long time here and we enjoyed it. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Vientiane. Thanks to all the staff there 🙌"

"The hotel bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and the design was simple yet business-like, suitable for business travelers. The service was also excellent. Being newly opened, the hotel had no unpleasant odors, and overall we were very satisfied. We drove here for business, and the hotel had charging stations, which was very convenient for drivers like us. There's a large parking lot next to the hotel, a very thoughtful design. It's right by the street, surrounded by restaurants and nearby attractions, making it easy to get around. Our business trip was a great experience, and we would definitely choose to stay here again."

As someone who frequently stays in hotels, I rarely give a full 5-star rating, but the front desk service made me feel as warm as if I were at home. They even offer an airport shuttle service. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of Western, Lao, and other Asian dishes. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious.

"Had a great stay for several nights at the Chinese-style hotel.
The Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. Able to converse in Chinese and minimal english.
The room was spacious, neat and clean, also basic necessities provided and met.
There’s wet market not far from, a fast food restaurant with delicious burger and some home-based stalls with great food and drinks nearby too."

LLex Fee.This is a wonderful hotel with a very convenient location in the city. The hotel is brand new, it just opened. So there's a chance to sleep on a completely new mattress and pristine, crisp linens. The hotel offers breakfast on the rooftop – it's a modest buffet, but it has everything you need (instant coffee, juices, eggs, bread, jam, sausages, hot pho bo, cold fried rice, and fruit). I especially want to highlight the staff's service. The young women and men are extremely responsive, kind, and always smiling, ready to help guests at any moment. Huge thanks to them for their hard work and dedication. You guys are truly amazing!
Special thanks to the hotel owner, who offered a complimentary transfer from the hotel to the train station, and then conveniently forgot about it 😂👍🏼

Just a walking distance to major temples and places in the city, e.g. Night Market, cafes, Mekong riverside. The room is just nice for me and everything is well-maintained. I like the swimming pool view from my balcony, as well as the mini-bar snack and drinks for a reasonable price but the best of all is the complimentary breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Highly recommended and such a good value for money! 💯

The location is super strategic, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. I was able to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and landmarks with ease.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring I had a comfortable stay. The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
Overall, I'd highly recommend TT Hostel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and conveniently located place to stay in Vientiane. Five stars and can't wait to come back!

II am CThis is a good hotel, but there is no lift in this hotel, i just notice that after i check in. My room is on the fourth floor, and I have to climb it every day up and down.. 😭 The stairs are also very high, more inclined and higher than ordinary stairs.
Breakfast and service were good, and the front desk was friendly.

GGuest UserTraveling as a family of four, the room was pretty good. We arrived a bit after 11 AM, and since we needed to change, the two guys at the front desk let us go into the room first, then arranged for it to be cleaned. Crucially, their Chinese was excellent! When we left, they even helped us call a car to the train station for 130,000 VND. The rooftop pool is also nice, offering views of the distant Arc de Triomphe! Breakfast was just okay; there wasn't much variety, and the main issue was the number of flies with no covers over the open food. Walking to the Arc de Triomphe is a bit of a distance, so if you have kids, you'll definitely want to take a taxi.

FFrancisco VertedorWe have stayed at this hotel for several years, and its location remains one of its biggest strengths in the city center, close to Vientiane Center and Parkson shopping malls, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
The service was excellent. The staff were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. They assisted with our luggage and gladly accommodated any requests.
However, this time the cleanliness was not quite up to the standard we remembered, and it could use some improvement. Breakfast was acceptable, and our room did not include cups or coffee or tea, which was a small downside.
Despite these points, the hotel is still a very good budget option in central Vientiane, and we would recommend it to all types of travelers.

GGuest UserThe location is good, right in the city center, close to many restaurants, food spots, and the night market. I also received a room at a lower price than my original booking.
However, the staff informed me that the room I booked was not available because the previous guest extended their stay, and they could only apologize. Late at night, the key card did not work, so I had to wait while they looked for a spare key. I also requested room cleaning during the day, but it was not done.
Overall, considering the price, it was acceptable for a short stay if you don’t expect too much.
