"We had a great night sleep in this hotel before departing the next day to Vietnam. Since breakfast was not included, we paid extra for it and got a discount for being IHG members. Breakfast was fine; would no have paid a second day of breakfast, but not bad for $13.
Room was spacious, big windows, though the view was not nice. Water pressure not great.
The only part that I thought was below average was customer service. The young people at the front desk manages business as if it’s a school project and not a 5 star resort. Way too slow, didn’t seem to take matters urgently and sometimes acted unprofessionally. I get that’s the kind of “young vibe” they are going for, but it didn’t work for me."
