Two bedrooms and baths are in the main part of the house, and the third bedroom and bath are in a slightly separate area attached by a breezeway, which provides further privacy for different members of the party. The amenities include both a heated pool that opens on May 1 and that stays open until October 31. (The hot tub is available all year round.) Both the pool and hot tub are both located in a glass-enclosed structure with retractable ceiling and sides. The main part of the house has a well-appointed kitchen and dining room, plus a screen porch seating area for nicer weather. The living room with wood-burning fireplace and Smart TV is also in this part of the house, along with a piano for those who like to play. Upstairs, the loft-style space houses the master bedroom with queen bed, and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate stall shower. There is a desk in the room for work-related activities, and there is a small balcony for taking breaks from such, with a lovely view of the natural pond.
