"Facilities: The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and of good quality. I especially want to commend the room key system – you can download an app on your phone and use Bluetooth to unlock the door, and your room number is also visible on the app. Another great feature is the TV; you can cast from any phone without any extra charges. The hotel also boasts a KTV, chess and card rooms, electric vehicle slow-charging stations, a coffee shop, a cocktail bar, a kids' playground, and a restaurant (with private rooms), making it very well-equipped. Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless, meeting five-star hotel standards. The linens and other soft furnishings were excellent. However, if you plan to use the outdoor bathtub, I'd recommend asking for it to be disinfected, as it is outdoors. Environment: It's very close to the entrance of the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area. The view from the hotel, though, is a bit underwhelming, but it's not a major issue. There's a large lawn with a small children's playground, perfect for families. Rooms facing the road can be noisy due to passing trucks, so light sleepers might want to avoid those. Since it was off-season, the hotel offered us a room upgrade, which was a very thoughtful touch. Service: When we first arrived, we hadn't booked a room and wanted to see the rooms first. The front desk staff were very welcoming and kindly showed us around. They didn't show any displeasure when we mentioned we wanted to compare with other hotels. When we decided to check in, the front desk attendant came out from behind the counter to assist us. Our luggage was carried all the way to our room. During check-out in the morning, the cleaning staff we encountered were all smiling and responsive. The management is excellent, and the training is clearly very thorough."

"Come to Guizhou to play, the service is a very good hotel. I am too tired to play Huangguoshu, and the child is still not satisfied. I really can't stand it. The hotel just has a parent-child paradise, very, very satisfied. Sitting and reading a book, the child jumped in for two hours before finally draining his energy. The room is relatively large, the decoration details are a bit flawed, but the service details to be praised, a full set of disposable items, even a one-time four-piece set is equipped with ...., which completely saved me as a spiritual cleanliness person. Very satisfied! Worth five points of praise!"

The pool water quality was excellent, the children's castle was a must-see for kids, and most importantly, there were plenty of parking spaces with charging stations – a five-star recommendation! "This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room had a calming, traditional design. The beds were so comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation to the Huangguoshu gate for us. The breakfast was delicious, with a combination of buffet and freshly prepared Chinese food options. For a western breakfast, you can also put together some coffee, toast, eggs, sausages, and fruit from the selection. This hotel was five minutes by car from the main park gate and a street with many food options."

Plus, there's a Haier washing machine and a large TV with a comfy sofa chair. The service was excellent. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, parking is very convenient, a three-person family gets a warm welcome from the front desk, introduces us to the hotel, introduces us to breakfast. The smell of the new sheets and quilts in the room is very comfortable. It is equipped with a small sofa. Children especially like it. The hot water comes very quickly. The smart toilet that can wash the butt can be washed. So many smart toilets in hotels are rarely encountered. Give a compliment. The room was very clean and the family felt very good after living. In particular, the hotel's breakfast environment is really very comfortable, the extra-large glass open-air restaurant, tropical style decoration. Very comfortable."

"The hotel is not far from the scenic area, less than a kilometer away, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the attractions at any time, which is a big plus! 👍 The breakfast was also good.
