"Comfortable clean hotel not far from scenic area, which is very convenient. My non-smoking room had no residual smoke smell or even hint of cigarette smell, which I really appreciated. The room was overlooking a green forest/mountain area, very beautiful and Very safe - I slept with windows fully opened . Surprisingly filling fresh breakfast with good veriety. Good hot shower. Separate Thank You to Li Hongyu 李宏玉, who has a good command of basic English and was phenomenal at trying her best to make my stay comfortable. She made sure that after hiking the waterfalls, I was well rested and fed and even took care of the transportation going forward! Recommended."

"The hotel felt very new and well maintained. The room was equipped with both USB ports and Hong Kong–style power outlets. The heater worked extremely well, and we stayed comfortably warm at night even in winter. I didn’t notice any cigarette smell during our stay. The hotel also provided free shuttle rides to and from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area before 5 p.m. The breakfast was better than at the other hotels we stayed at. The staff gave clear directions to nearby scenic spots, and the hotel restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices. Overall we very much enjoyed our stays at the hotel."

"Huangguoshu Waterfall Express Entry: I booked this hotel for this reason. It is very convenient. I took the express entrance to the waterfall at 7 am. It feels like the park is all reserved. You can take photos as you like. You don't have to wait in line for others to take photos and then squeeze through. And the air is especially good in the morning. I had time to eat breakfast in the hotel after the tour. I took a nap after breakfast and woke up at 12 o'clock. Then I went to the Tianxing Bridge Park to walk the second half. It was only 4 o'clock in the afternoon when I came back. Very convenient. Welcome seasonal fruits: The fruits are very fresh and taste good. I am used to eating fruits every day at home, but I don't know where to buy good fruits when I go out. It was beyond my expectation to eat such fresh and delicious fruits in the hotel. Service: The service is thoughtful, there is a pick-up service, and the car is very clean. It was 12 o'clock in the evening. "Located right next to the visitor center, it's very convenient for getting around. You can park at the hotel and walk straight there, saving you the hassle of parking. The service is also excellent; the receptionist is very helpful. The room is relatively new. However, the showerhead is not very good; it doesn't spray water, making the shower experience unpleasant. Also, the mattress wasn't particularly comfortable. Furthermore, there's construction outside the balcony, so the view is less appealing."

"This hotel is best of the best for our 20 days trip to various cities in Guizhou.  The room was huge and it was superbly comfortable. Love this hotel that imposed strict non-smoking in the room. Warm toilet bowl and automatic flush after use was an added advantage. Bottled drinking water was given generously, 4 in the mini fridge and 2 on the table. Breakfast was superb with varieties. Superb service by all the staffs especially Miss Su in the front office who has provided us the extra-mile service.  Much thanks to her and the rest who were very helpful and courteous."

If I were to give full marks it would definitely be for their service. Very accurate. From picking us up at the station to sending us to the room, they explained the lighting control. The front desk and back office staff were very professional. My son wanted to use the bathtub but forgot to bring a disposable bath bag, so he called the front desk and found out they had one. The bed sheets got wet from drinking water at night and the staff changed them quickly. Therefore, the service exceeded expectations. The hotel is only a few minutes' drive from Huangguoshu Waterfall. We came on the ninth day of the first ***** month and there were not many people, so there was no need to stay in the scenic area. I will choose the Yingbin Hotel next time."
