"Hue is cleaner than other cities in Vietnam. This hotel is also very clean. The staff took off their shoes when delivering the luggage. The room is not big but has a very French feel. The price is very reasonable. A fruit box is given in the room. Petals are placed on the bed, which is very romantic. The breakfast is also very good. The location is also very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is very convenient to walk to Bar Street and Boat Station. The staff Ryan, Kelly, and Thanh are all very warm and friendly. I was very tired after shopping for a morning and didn’t want to go out. I had already checked out and was resting in the hotel. Kelly also helped us order takeaway lunch. The experience was very good👍"

"The hotel is in an alley, which is not easy to find, but it is still a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There is a milk tea shop at the entrance of the alley. It's not far from the night market and bar street. The rooftop and swimming pool on the top floor are good. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it's also in line with the price. The room is spacious and clean. The front desk is very welcoming. They even upgraded me to a room."

"Extremely central location, diagonally opposite Chu Van An, the hub of downtown Hué with all the restaurants, shops and pubs. Hotel is dated but clean and everything still functions. You need to go for a riverside room which has a good view and less noise at night. In the city facing rooms you will enjoy thumping music until 2am. Walls are slightly thin so noisy neighbors will bother you. Very delicious and many choices for breakfast."

"Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue."

"The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!"

"Because it was a holiday, I was afraid that there was no bed, so I booked a room for eight people in advance. First of all, the beds in the room were very clean. There was a bathroom to take a bath. The handsome guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me with hot water. Besides, the location is very good to find, take a taxi from the bus 🚗 station 40,000 VND, walk very close to the Hue Night Market Pedestrian Street for about 8 minutes, not far from the river, walk from the Imperial City and walk for about 20 minutes, take a taxi to Qidingling Ling 250,000 VND, very good youth travel also manage breakfast"
